Sandy Paws: Dog-friendly, Corolla Light Amenities

Sandy Paws is a lovely beach home which is dog-friendly (2 pets max.), a short walk to the beach and also to the oceanside amenities featuring 2 large community pools, all part of the premier Corolla Light Resort community. The resort provides 10 wristbands for guests to enjoy a wide range of complimentary amenities throughout your vacation including a fitness center with an indoor pool.

TOP LEVEL:
The Great Room is the main living space for family members to relax and dine together. A wet bar is on side of the living area to prepare your beverages. A small stairway goes up to a tower room where there is more seating for guests. The dining area will seat 8-10 guests at the main table and there is also an outdoor table in the adjacent screened porch. Wide sun decks offer plenty of room for sunning and relaxation. A half bath is located by the kitchen. The King Master Suite has deck access and a soaking tub and glass-walled shower in its master bath. [Note: gas fireplace is not available for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
This level has 3 bedrooms which include another King Master Suite which have deck access; its master bath has a has a shower. The Twin Bed Jr. Master Suite has 2 twin beds and its semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) that is shared with a bedroom that has a Day Bed with Trundle. The back covered deck has deck furniture and a porch swing for a shady place to relax on hot summer afternoons.

GROUND LEVEL:
The Lounge has room to enjoy entertainment options such as an arcade game and other visual media. A beverage center can be used to store extra canned or bottled drinks. A Queen sleep sofa is available as an extra bed if needed. The hall bath has a shower so it is convenient for any guests sleeping on this level too. There is also an outdoor shower to use before stepping into the hot tub and for making easy meals, a charcoal grill is available. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles in the driveway.

Guests of the Corolla Light Resort community enjoy access to a wide range of amenities. Be sure to review the information on the Corolla Light Resort website. The Sports Center features a cardio room, weight room, and indoor pool, along with two large oceanside pools and a soundside pool. Outdoor facilities include basketball, volleyball, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, plus dining at the Oceanfront Grille. Upon arrival, guests may pick up up to 10 wristbands at the Sports Center to access these amenities and participate in summer activities such as family-friendly tournaments, marathons, and exercise classes (some activities may require a small fee).
