From the spacious landing on the first floor, you can access the Alpenrose. The Alpenrose is a wonderfully bright apartment (60 m2) with one spacious bedroom featuring a double bed and a bunk bed. The bedroom opens onto a sunny balcony. A cozy living room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom with a shower also has a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV/Google Chromecast, and the entire building has Wi-Fi. There are also plenty of toys available.<br><br>General facilities<br><br>There is a heated ski storage room in the basement. On the first-floor landing, there is a foosball table for general use. In the garden, there is a Finnish sauna (use upon request). The garden is for general use. It features a chalet with additional garden chairs, several picnic tables (picnic bag in the apartment), and a playground. There is a bike shed with charging stations for your e-bike. In the summer, there is also a trampoline in the garden. Right next to the Old Kindergarten, there is also a public playground and fitness equipment.<br><br>Additional information:<br><br>Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the building. You may bring your own bed linens and towels, or rent them for €20 per person. A deposit of approximately 20% is required to secure the reservation. We would like to receive the remaining balance no later than 14 days before arrival. Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is before 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
