Our vacation rental is located in the upper town of Bad Marienberg, on a street with no through traffic.
The spa gardens and the town center are just a few minutes away.
A restaurant and a bakery are located in the immediate vicinity.
The Europahaus is also just a short walk away.
We offer you the option to charge your electric car (11 kW).
No rentals to tradespeople or technicians



3-bedroom apartment:

The vacation rental was completely renovated and refurnished in 2022. It features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed.
The kitchen features a dining area and is fully equipped. The tastefully furnished living room includes a large TV, and adjacent to it is a small reading/music room. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The apartment features state-of-the-art electrical systems, including network connections, motion-sensor-controlled lighting, and LED lighting. All relevant rooms are equipped with smoke detectors.
Every window has sun protection and exterior roller shutters. An exterior door in the living room leads to the balcony, which is furnished with seating and a table, inviting you to relax.
Here, you can enjoy sunshine almost all day long when the weather is nice. The awning provides some shade when needed.
From the balcony, a small staircase leads down to the patio. Here, too, you can enjoy the sun and plan your next outings over a cup of coffee or a cool drink.
The patio borders the garden area. The garden features a large lawn for sunbathing, several fruit trees, and a garden pond. A garden shed with a terrace and a garden bench offers a view of the pond.
Another table with a garden bench under a large cherry tree provides additional shaded seating. There is also a garden grill here that guests are welcome to use.
Starting in 2024, we’ll offer the option to charge an electric car (11 kW).



On-site costs: Included: electricity, water, heating, final cleaning, cable TV, telephone, Wi-Fi / LAN, bed linens, shower towels, hand towels, dish towels, and dishcloths; parking space in the courtyard; garage for one small car or bicycles / e-bikes, charging station for e-bikes, high chair, and crib are available upon request. Not included:Shared use of washing machine and dryer: €3.00 each; electricity costs for charging at the electric car charging station; In Bad Marienberg, a guest tax of €1.50 per person per day applies.



Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from midnight to 10:00 AM.
