Escape to our beautifully updated ground-level unit C of a charming triplex, nestled on the serene southern end of Holmes Beach. Just a short 2-3 minute stroll from the pristine beach, you'll enjoy easy access without the hassle of busy streets to cross. We had minimal hurricane damage- just change flooring and updated furniture. A convenient footpath from the back of the property leads you straight to the sandy shores, making beach days a breeze!

Relax and unwind in our inviting space, which features 2 spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, perfect for families or friends. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Each bedroom is equipped with its own smart TV for your entertainment.

Step outside to discover a large shared pool in the backyard, where you can soak up the sun or take a refreshing dip. Each unit also has its own separate patio and grill, perfect for enjoying a delicious barbecue under the stars. For those chilly evenings, you have the option to heat the pool above 75°F for an additional $150 for a week-long stay. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll have it ready for your arrival!

Stay connected with complimentary wireless internet throughout your stay, and take advantage of the washer and dryer conveniently located in your unit. We provide beach towels, chairs, and a beach trolley, so you can easily pack up for a day in the sun.

Good time

We had a good time and enjoyed to live near the beach. Just a few steps in the morning and we could dive into the sea. The apartment was a good size for the four of us. Everything we needed was there or could be found in the stores right around the corner. We also enjoyed the outdoor barbecue place and to sit outside for breakfast and dinner. Just a nice place to recommend.

Great location, cozy/snug space

We enjoyed our stay, which was 1st at this location. The pluses: Easy access to beach, trolley, groceries, almost everything. The pool and patio area are shared (as described in listing) and a great place to hang out. An added bonus was observing the comings & goings of the osprey pair nesting in one of the trees bordering the pool area. The bedrooms are spacious enough, and the unit is bright and cheery. The minuses: The bathrooms are very small, especially the sinks, with very limited space to place any of your own toiletries. Removing the multiple decorations and oversized decorative plug-in air fresheners that take up premium space would help a lot. The same recommendation holds true for the rest of the unit (including bedrooms) which is relatively small to begin with (as disclosed in listing). There are few spaces that don’t have decorative items covering at least part of what could be much needed useable space. Removing them would also make the whole living space feel more open in my opinion.

Great Rental

The rental was exactly as stated. It is small but it has everything you need for a perfect vacation. You can’t beat the location and the pool was a big bonus. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was exactly what we were looking for for our vacations!!!. Great location, beautiful neighborhood, and the best thing: one block away from one of the most incredible beaches in Florida!!! Strongly recommend to stay here if you want a relaxing gateway close to the beach!!!

Unpleasant smell. Nicely decorated, unit small, no air conditioning in the master bedroom.

Nicely decorated, from the beginning a rather unpleasant smell. This smell bothered us a lot. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the master bedroom, in the second bedroom the air conditioning is just outside the window. Small spaces, as the weather was good, we were outside a lot.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our stay at Michaela’s was absolutely perfect. The home is well appointed and quiet. The pool was clean and warm. It was only a short walk to the most beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very nice, a little small, little warm

This is a wonderfully decorated and renovated property. a couple things that would make it helpful to know, it's small and there is only one parking spot. I have a 12 year old son and 13 year old daughter. With four people in the condo, it's just too tight. We figured with the pull out everyone would have a place to sleep which was true but moving around four people, there's no place for us to all sit and relax if it's raining or at the end of the day. If it was just my wife and I, it's absolutely perfect for that. We had friends staying on the island as well and was unable to invite them over for fear of rain and being kept inside, plus there is only one parking spot for this unit. Lastly, there is not enough ac outlets in the unit. The living room area does not have an outlet nor does the master bedroom. The living room wasn't too hot but the bedroom door had to remain open at all times or you would sweat when trying to sleep. Not a deal breaker but if you try and go to bed when the kids are still up watching tv or talking, it's a little annoying. Overall I would for sure stay here again but only during a getaway with my wife.

Great Location

The location of this cute little triplex is great! A very short walk to the beach (less than 3 minutes)! The public access walkway to the beach is also stunning, as it feels like you are walking through the tropics, and you get to see the infamous AMI treehouse on your way! The property was clean and very well maintained. Everything we needed to know was listed in the welcome booklet provided by the owners. The master bedroom was a little hotter than other rooms, so we purchased a fan. Our only suggestion would be to add some thicker curtains or blinds to the front door/patio doors for more privacy. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

Great little spot for vacation

2 bedrooms, 1 bath, tiny appliances. Still worked well for us. Toaster oven/air fryer combo. Fridge was plenty big enough for our group. Pool was comfortable. Cannot beat the walk to the beach. Walk out backyard into a short alley and turn the corner and you are there. Enjoyed our stay with great communication from the owner.

Perfect Location

This property is in the best location in the island! Super close to the beach, grocery and trolley stop. The property is decorated so nice and cute. The pool is a huge bonus. My family had an absolute amazing week here!!! Host was very responsive in any questions we had prior to coming. The only downfall was the size of the fridge, it’s just an apartment size but we made it work!!!
