The living area is open, spacious, and elegant, with vaulted ceilings, glossy wood floors, a handsome gas fireplace, and rustic-inspired decor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need, and there's mealtime seating at both the dining table and island breakfast bar. The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while taking in the sweet mountain air.

Water House is a premier lodging destination in downtown Breckenridge, offering complimentary amenities that include an outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a fitness center, a movie theater, a ski valet, and ski storage. While you're out enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer, your car can stay warm and snow-free in the underground parking garage.

With the QuickSilver Super Chair just across Maggie Pond, Water House also gives you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge. You'll be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots along Main Street a few blocks north.

Come summertime, fill your days with scenic lift rides, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles). Or, head out for a hike on the Blair Witch Trail, Lily Pad Lake Trail, or Spruce Creek Trail.

This place was spacious and clean. The location was excellent as we were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. Parking underground was easy and appreciated. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Condo in Breckenridge

SO spacious, so clean, washer and dryer in the unit, tons of kitchen utensils and tableware, very comfy beds - loved this apartment in Water Main Station. The location is perfect, with a big outdoor heated pool and 7 hot tubs, all right in downtown with all its restaurants and cute shops, and very near the mountain and lift. Concierge, parking, gym all great as well.

The place was much bigger than how it looked online. It was also extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s also in a great area. I highly recommend!!

Great location!!

Condo had the perfect location. Can walk to everything! Large unit, enough to sleep 6 adults comfortably! Kitchen was great, had all the things we needed to make dinner for a large family.

Our location on Main St and just 150 yards to the lifts at the base of Peak 9, it is a great location in the summer or winter. You also can't beat the amenities with the outdoor heated pool, 7 hot tubs, fitness center and theater!

Only TV that worked was the one in the middle bedroom. Toilet off the hallway needs to be checked. Water constantly running. Only (1) packet to for laundry. Front desk was no help! Beautiful location, beautiful condo.

Excellent property in a great location. Very spacious, good layout. Furniture - couch, chairs and dining room table are not comfortable and need either some tightening or time for some new ones.

This condo was lovely - it was bigger than I expected. All of the bedrooms have plenty of space between them so no one was bothered by noise from another room. The property is right at the south end of the Main Street in Breckenridge, which meant we hardly used our car except for outdoor exploring. We didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tubs but they looked clean and well kept. Would stay again!
