"Casablanca de la luz" is perched high on a hill between Vejer de la Frontera—arguably the most beautiful white village—and the vacation paradise of Conil. Highlights of the area: One week isn’t enough to explore the region along and around the Costa de la Luz. Here are a few suggestions to keep things interesting: select golf courses, numerous language schools, bull ranches, historic white villages, excellent restaurants, traditional bodegas, horse farms and riding stables of all levels, sailing trips, kiteboarding, surfing, and windsurfing, and flying tours.

Nightlife: Especially in the summer, during July and August, the nightlife here can rival that of Seville. There are concerts everywhere, as well as bars and nightclubs that stay open until the early morning hours. And then it’s back to the “Casa Blanca de la Luz” to relax.
