Take in serene views of Illinois Creek, the courtyard below, and the slopes of Baldy Mountain from this light-filled condo at Water House West. Perched up on the third floor, this condo boasts 894 square feet of living space and a private balcony to enjoy on warm summer days. Enjoy a bedroom with a 65-inch TV and ample closet space, as well as community amenities that include a large outdoor pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, ski rentals and storage, and a movie theater.

Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.

Very clean and spacious rental, will stay there again on next trip! Close to all shopping and restaurants. Nearby Sawmill Reservoir is a nice short hike and alternative to fishing the Blue.

Very clean, close to ski lift, a lot of room in the condo, nice finishes, fireplace was nice! Only complaints are squeaky mattresses in bedroom and sleeper sofa and hot tub on property should be cleaner. We would stay here again!

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay at The Modern Moose! The unit itself was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The location was amazing! I've been to Breckenridge several times and this was by far the best place I've stayed at while in town. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The size of this condo was exactly what we needed for 2 adults and the location was perfect! The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is because some of the previous renters belongings were missed by the cleaners.

Perfect stay!

Amazing views, peaceful surroundings, short walk to trails, shops and restaurants. Super clean room and just an elevator ride to the hot tub. I stay here as part of solo mom vacation and it was perfect. The ski valet provided was very convenient specially for first time skiers with straight shot to the lift from there. Definitely will book again for future trips.

Will definitely be staying here every time we come back to Breckinridge. The condo was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was so beautiful. Walking distance to all that downtown Breck has to offer. Cannot wait to plan our next stay!

Loved our stay here. The condo was larger than expected and very clean. Had a great view from the patio of the aspens turning. Would definitely stay here again. My only recommendation would be to get thicker bath towels.

This is located in a great part of the city with easy access to everything. The underground parking with easy access to your room was a huge bonus in the winter. The property has plenty of hot tubs and a heated pool to enjoy. The room was spacious with everything you need for your stay

Hot tub was fantastic! Loved the condo overall. Couple cons to point out, the kitchen was missing salt & pepper. Also, would be nice to know the coffee pot was “drip” vs Kcups. Because we brought Kcups and needed ground coffee. Also, major issue was the creaky bed in the primary suite. Super annoying because with every move and roll over me or my husband made, the bed would majorly creak. Seriously kept us both awake, both nights of our stay.
Beautiful location!
Hot tub was fantastic!
Fireplace works great and gives off extra heat if needed.

Breckenridge trip

We really enjoyed our trip! The apartment was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing I did notice was the ceiling fans were really dusty, so we didn't want to use them.

It was great to have covered parking, clean spacious kitchen with quality appliances, the view was of the courtyard but a great place to have coffee in the morning. Rental provided access to gym, 7 hot tubs,steam shower.. and we took advantage of it all.

The property is clean, and very nice. The check in process would have been easier if the directions said to look for the Marriott hotel and not the coffee shop or the brewery. Otherwise everything is wonderful here.
