EagleRidge Townhomes 1534 is a spacious townhouse that will place you within easy walking distance of the base of Steamboat Ski Resort. The house features a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as a breakfast bar with seating for guests. The dining area can accommodate people comfortably, while the living area offers vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, a comfortable gas fireplace, large windows, a TV, a soundbar, a ceiling fan for those warmer months, and access to a private deck. For your entertainment, the townhome is equipped with six TVs, two DVD players, and complimentary WiFi. Additional amenities include a private washer and dryer, a two-car garage, and access to the heated shared swimming pool and hot tub, firepit, fitness center, steam room, massage services, and winter ski shuttle at EagleRidge.

Upstairs, the main bedroom features a TV, an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a TV and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Downstairs, the third bedroom features a TV and an en suite bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a TV and share an additional en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There is also a futon in the open loft area and a half-bathroom on the main living level.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A futon provides an extra sleeping space.
There is no AC, but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.
During ski season, our shuttle services will take you to skiing, shopping, dining, nightlife, and other area activities.
The pool and hot tub facilities will be closed from mid-April to Memorial Day, and from October to the week of Thanksgiving.

It’s a great spot if you are trying to sleep a large group without sharing beds. The pool is a huge plus since the place is just steps away.

Great location and neighborhood shuttle

The EagleRidge neighborhood is a great location for the ski resort and the shuttle makes everything very easy. The unit was spacious and comfortable for our group.

Great house for 10 people

Floor plan was very efficient. No one felt crowded. Good location and free shuttle bus service to skiing was great; it came about every 10 minutes.

Location and staff was great. Facility needed some items in the kitchen to make it useful for experienced cooks. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. Used furniture in garage limited the use of the double car garage to one car at a time.

Spacious and comfortable place close to the lifts

We had a lovely time staying at this property. The beds were all comfortable, the home was very spacious for us 7 adults and 2 children. The shuttle that picked us up and took us to the resort was incredibly convenient. The heated garage was also excellent for our getting ready before skiing. Unfortunately the private hot tub was not working when we got there, but the shared hot tub and heated pool were lovely. Some things in the kitchen did not work(both can openers) but we made due with what they had. Would stay here again.

Steamboat boys trip

The house is in an ideal location. Walking distance from the base and the shuttle service into town is a nice bonus. However, the house has been “lived in” and several things were broken or unusable. The private hot tub was a frozen block of ice. The kitchen appliances are damaged. And the beds are on the very firm side.

Great Family Home!

We enjoyed our week stay in Eagle Ridge 1534. Plenary of room for our family of 8 adults and 2 children. We had 2 small issues that were resolved quickly by a text to Vacasa. The shuttle was convenient and came often. The on demand shuttle to town made getting around town easy. There were 2 old couches in the garage- so that was a bit of a pan not to put 2 cars into the garage on a snowy week… again a minor inconvenience! Loved the private hot tub!

Almost Perfect

The unit is a very nice unit, like the new furniture. Location within Eagle Ridge is good, shuttles were very good, we all had a nice time. The need to buy tissues (only provide one per bathroom) and toilet paper and other sundries is silly. With the cost of the unit, we should have whatever we need in terms of those supplies. Silly policy by Vacasa. The unit had an ant problem which was not addressed. Again, Vacasa should have done better.

We are very sorry to hear that you felt you should have received a week's supply of bathroom supplies. We provide an initial supply of toiletries, cleaning, and paper products for the first few days, so guests didn't have to go to the store on the first day. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. It is unfortunate that the home had ants, and we are grateful for the heads-up as we notified our maintenance team right away to handle the problem. We hope we can host you again!

Perfect Large Group ski home

The size of this Eagle Ridge condo was absolutely perfect for our ski group of 12. The shuttle service to the base area each day and on call rides around town made it ideal for not renting a car. The lodge desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful too. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay!

Great place!

This place had plenty of room for 8 people. We ate in most nights and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of glassware, newer pots, pans and utensils. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, etc. The condo had a great hot tub and the condo complex’s heated pool and hot tub were only steps away. We planned on walking the short distance to the gondola every day, but nearly every time we were ready to go, a Vacasa bus would appear ready to take us over. The Vacasa shuttle was a game changer. We went downtown to eat and the shuttle was there within 10 minutes to take us and the same to pick us up to come back, all we needed to do was call the number and request it. The townhome accepted ShipSkis and the office folks were very helpful with that as well as check-in. The heated garage was huge and had lots of seating and storage for all of our gear. Our group would highly recommend the place to anyone heading to Steamboat.

Great for family ski vacation

Lots of room for large family. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy but nice living room/dining area/kitchen for hanging out together. Convenient shuttle for skiing. Clean, comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay. One minor criticism is that the water heater seems undersized (we often ran out of hot water during showers). Also, we struggled a little with the oven, but some of that may have been user error. Bottom line though, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

Great home, but needs some maintenance

The co do itself is lovely, exactly as pictured. It was a good home base for a weekend in steamboat, the proximity to base was especially convenient. However, we did notice a few issues that disrupted an otherwise nice stay. The shower is not draining in one of the downstairs bathrooms, and there is a loud clicking noise (we think from the furnace or water heater) that woke up folks sleeping in the basement rooms both nights. The kitchen also lacks some basics such as baking sheets and non-serrated chopping knives. Overall a pleasant visit, but would have been better if those issues were addressed. In all fairness, we had a busy weekend and didn't raise the concerns until we'd left, and vacasa was easy to work with when reporting them so everything may already be fixed.

Thank you for your feedback, Chelsey! We will ensure maintenance addresses the shower drain in the downstairs bathroom. We will also continue to work with the maintenance team to try and identify the clicking noise that the guests were experiencing. We are working with the homeowner to update the kitchen supplies. So far they have added a new knife set and baking sheets. Again, we do appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback and how that we have another chance in the future to impress you!

Not worth the money

The property was not worth alot of moneynot to mention a lot more money come spring break a night -all the bathtub drains didn't drain- the garage door didn't work-the front door handle was broken-the stove bottom was broken-the linen on the beds was substandard- the decor was a bunch of a mix cabin and Indian not matching - the toilet paper was not for a property that was To much money a night I have had better paper at a Red Roof Inn -So that being said it was not the best place to stay for so much money
