Perfect Steamboat Location

First Tracks was the perfect location to Wildhorse Gondola, Trailhead Lodge amenities and close to Brick restaurant was a plus! The condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. The property felt very safe, which was nice since this was a girls trip with just my daughter and I. Shuttle service was great to downtown. All was perfect and we can’t wait to go back!

Great Mountain Getaway

The unit was very nice with a large open floor plan. Felt very spacious for only being a 1 bedroom unit. Nice and close to everything you would want whether its the town of the ski resort. Also access to a fantastic pool across the street.

Nice location adjacent to wild horse gondola. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Full Kitchen made breakfast a snap. The pool and hot tubs at neighboring trail head were top notch. We would come again.

Great proximity to the mountain

The gondola near the property to base area is really convenient and the apartment itself is spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to hot tubs as well. It isn’t fancy but it was comfortable. Overall, this was a good fit for us, but there were a couple downsides: 1. The unit smelled like garbage - we couldn’t figure out where the odor was. We weren’t keeping trash inside but suspect it might have been from the disposal or possibly an air intake (close to the trash building). 2. Floor was unclean in some spots - super dusty. 3. We weren’t able to get basics like towels and coffee restocked. The front desk couldn’t locate these items and no housekeeping service is provided.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Place was easy access to everything. Bed was large and comfortable. We'd definitely come back.

Great basic accommodations. Clean, well equipted. Not fancy.

The stay was very good. The accommodations were clean and well equipt. The downside is the balcony faced the covered tennis courts so there was no view other than a big white tent. But if you are in Steamboat you are not there to sit in a condo so for the price it was a good value.

Comfortable unit; poor view; difficult entry; far from gondola to mountain; far from hot tubs; only got one set of keys; dishwasher was full when we arrived.

Nice, clean and convenient to tennis center!

Cheaper than the Trailhead Lodge, but still has access to the pool/hot tubs. The condo is nice and clean w/ all amenities, even cooking oil and laundry detergent. The only things that weren't perfect were the bed and pillows (very firm mattress, bring your own pillows).

This unit has everything you need for a great stay in Steamboat! It is very clean and has wonderful amenities. Use of the gondola at Wild Horse is the best way to get to the slopes and is a very short walk from the unit. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tubs apres skiing. This condo is quite large for a 1 bedroom and has in unit laundry. I will certainly look to stay here again on our next trip to Steamboat.

Everything we needed

The condo worked very well for our needs. Once we learned that we could store our skis in the garage near the property's gondola, carrying our skis back and forth became no issue. The large tv was great in the evenings. Kitchen cookware much better than most rentals.
