The Seemöwe is the perfect place for anyone looking for something special:
—just right for relaxing and unwinding. Forget the stress of everyday life or simply enjoy the MOMENT. Located on the first floor, the Seemöwe offers an extraordinary living experience. The 84-square-meter apartment (for 2–4 people) features a bedroom, a spacious open-concept living/dining area, a bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a dual-head rain shower, a kitchen with a kitchen island, and a south-facing balcony overlooking the sea. The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) featuring a full-length topper and firmness levels H2 and H3.
From this bedroom, you have direct access to the terrace facing the land and sea, with a view of the bay.
Another sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) with a full-length topper is available for you in the living area.

The bathroom is equipped with high-quality Dornbracht fixtures and a Decor-Walther cosmetic mirror.
The living/dining area is decorated in subtle shades of beige. You can enjoy a particularly magnificent view from the dining area through the large sliding window.
Let the lake breeze and the cool summer air flow into the apartment.
A Markilux awning provides ample shade when needed.
Real wood furniture, oak parquet flooring, and upholstered furniture create an exclusive ambiance. High-quality textiles ensure comfort.
The living room and bedroom are equipped with Tobis Grau ceiling lights.
The kitchen, with ample storage space, features an induction cooktop, a Miele stove, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a Moccamaster coffee maker—it has everything you could want.
Enjoy the ocean view or the sunset from our balcony with a partial ocean view, which is also perfect for breakfast in the morning sun.
The Seemöwe features Wi-Fi, a QLED flat-screen TV, and integrated radio stations and streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple), which are available for free use via your own account. Parking spaces and bicycle storage (in the garage) are available in front of the house.

The upper floor is not included in the rental of this apartment.
Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The “Am Seehof 7” apartment building, quietly situated on a cul-de-sac in Sierksdorf, features a total of 3 apartments and is located directly by the sea.
The “Am Seehof 7” building underwent extensive redesign and period-appropriate renovation in 2019 and 2023. Details evoke the maritime charm of a summer retreat.
The result is two spacious, modern, and luxuriously appointed apartments. From all apartments, you can enjoy a magnificent (partial) ocean view over the Bay of Lübeck.
All apartments are stylishly and elegantly furnished with high-quality materials, ensuring an exclusive living experience. For sunny days, each apartment features a terrace or balcony with a (partial) ocean view for your exclusive use.
Beach access is right nearby.
The direct beachfront location and the excellent amenities in Sierksdorf and the neighboring towns of Haffkrug and Scharbeutz promise you a nature-filled getaway with everything close at hand, without having to forgo urban comforts.
The beach is about 100 m away. Guests can park their bicycles in a garage. Each apartment also has a designated parking space.

Hello from Sierksdorf

Sierksdorf, located on the Bay of Lübeck, is a true Baltic Sea idyll between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The fine sandy beach, supervised by the DLRG, offers plenty of space for relaxation. Sierksdorf is a fairly small town where everyone knows each other and there’s a family-like atmosphere. Visitors are warmly welcomed, and it’s a pleasure to enjoy your first cup of coffee at Fischerplatz with a view of the sea.
Along the five kilometers of beach that belong to this Baltic Sea resort, you’ll find a wide variety of beaches.

You’ll quickly forget all the stress of home here while taking a walk on the beach or watching the sunrise over the sea.
