This 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz has been furnished with great attention to detail. The quietly located apartment on the 1st floor features a living room with a spacious southwest-facing balcony, an open, modern kitchenette including an induction stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and an oven, a modern seating area with a pull-out bed, and a dining area for 4–5 people. The bedroom, which was newly furnished and renovated in 2020 and features another balcony, has a large double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m, height 55 cm, separate mattresses); in the second bedroom, two single beds (0.80 x 2.00 m, height 40 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep. The very tastefully designed shower room with toilet is accessible from the hallway. The parking space is located right next to the building. A shared washer and dryer are available in the basement for a fee. A beach basket (May 15–Sept. 15) will be available to you free of charge on the beach during the 2026 season. Pets not allowed! Non-smoking apartment. The elevator is not wheelchair accessible!
