In the large, open living area, you’ll find two sofa sets—one of which can be converted into a sleeper sofa—and a cozy dining area. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating for 4 people, where you can comfortably wind down at the end of your day.
The kitchenette is well-equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a large wardrobe, and an additional TV.
The spacious shower room is equipped with a shower, toilet, heated towel rack, and radio.
All doors are 1.00 m wide.

Starting April 15-15.10.2026, a beach chair is available for you right on the beach from the rental agency “Bade.”

You can load and unload your car right at the building.
The underground parking space is only about 75 m from the apartment.

The apartments are accessible from Poststraße via a loading and unloading area.

The pedestrian zone with its exclusive boutiques and cafés, as well as the beach, is just a few minutes’ walk away.
