The 29 m² "Hygge" studio apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, fully renovated in 2022 and accommodating 2 people, is located near the center on the first floor of a quiet cul-de-sac and features a south-facing terrace.

It features high-quality, modern furnishings that create a beautiful, unique, and cozy atmosphere—simply hyggelig.

The living/sleeping area includes a comfortable box-spring bed and a cozy sitting area.
A large smart TV with Magenta access and an RTL+ Premium account provides a wide range of free entertainment in the evenings. With your own account, you can watch streaming services such as Netflix. You can listen to the radio and music via a Sonos sound system using Bluetooth.
The small, separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave.
A wooden counter right by the window offers a beautiful view of the rose garden.

The apartment is rounded out by a bright shower room.

On the south-facing terrace, you can relax and enjoy the Baltic Sea air while sipping a coffee or a glass of sparkling wine. After a long walk on the beach, you can unwind in the building’s communal sauna.

The apartment also includes a storage room in the basement where you can conveniently store your luggage during your stay.
With the two bicycles (not included in the rental agreement), you can quickly reach the city center to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the promenade or dine at the numerous restaurants and cafés.

During the summer months from April 1-13.08.2026, a free beach chair is available to you on the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach.
A parking space is also reserved for you right next to the apartment. The apartment offers free Wi-Fi access (no refunds or replacements in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.


Complex:

Quiet residential complex above the spa park: The apartments in this beautiful complex range from 44 to 58 m² and are tastefully furnished to accommodate 3–4 people. You’ll be staying here on a quiet cul-de-sac; some apartments feature a terrace, balcony, or French balcony, where you can breathe in the fresh Baltic Sea air first thing in the morning.

The building features a sauna—a place where not only wellness vacationers will feel right at home. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. A parking space is, of course, reserved for you right at the building.

The beach is just 900 meters away, accessible via the idyllic spa park with its small wooden bridges. Bakeries and the town center are a 10–15-minute walk away. Here you’ll find many chic shops, good restaurants, and cozy bars.

Have you met Bonnie & Clyde yet? These two adorable otters welcome you at SEA LIFE Timmendorfer Strand alongside many other marine creatures, and you’ll learn exciting facts about the underwater world.
