The 43 m² Upstalsboom 2-room apartment, kbat007, in the Atlantik apartment building in Kühlungsborn can accommodate up to 2 people. A particular highlight is the apartment complex’s direct beachfront location. From here, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the kilometer-long, white Baltic Sea beach.

The Location
The modern and cheerfully furnished apartment is located on the first floor of the vacation complex, which sits directly on Kühlungsborn’s fashionable beach promenade. Not only the marina of this Baltic Sea resort, but above all the Baltic Sea and the white sandy beach are just a few minutes’ walk away. Here you can enjoy the refreshing seaside climate, for example, on long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as charming recreational activities and places to visit.


Amenities This bright and cozy non-smoking apartment features Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dishwasher. In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a stereo system, an LCD flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a mini-safe. Both the dining table and the cozy seating area offer plenty of space to enjoy pleasant moments over breakfast or after an eventful day at the beach. The separate bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and a TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. On the southeast-facing terrace overlooking a playground, you can enjoy the sun and the mild Baltic Sea climate all day long.


Highlights The vacation complex features an elevator, coin-operated washer and dryer, and a lockable storage room for your bicycles. An underground parking space (max. clearance height 2.00 m) can be booked upon request for an additional fee. Bathrobes are available for a small rental fee at our service office. Dogs are permitted in this apartment.
