This stylish apartment in the Residenz am Yachthafen in Kühlungsborn-Ost is located on the first floor and is just a few minutes’ walk from the town center with its many cafés, restaurants, and boutiques. Situated right on the marina, it offers a wonderful view of the numerous boats and yachts.

The two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—are perfect for families with children. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The bathroom, equipped with a shower and hair dryer, is tiled, as are all the other rooms in the apartment. The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher also features a microwave and an oven. The cozy living room includes a 50-inch smart TV, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. The balconies face east and west.
