The location:
This comfortable vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor on the north side of the complex, right on the beach and next to the Kühlungsborn marina.

Amenities
The apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a single bed—each equipped with a safe, as well as a living area with vinyl flooring and a balcony. The master bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean, the beach, and the pier!
The interior of your vacation rental includes a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with an oven and built-in microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso machine, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking vacation rental.
You can rent bathrobes for a fee upon request at our service office. In addition, free Wi-Fi access is available, as well as a single parking space for your car in the underground garage (with a maximum vehicle height of 2.00 m) for a fee.
