The single-level renovated home blends modern design with warm coastal character. Hardwood floors run throughout the open-concept living and dining areas, where a wood-burning fireplace anchors the sitting room and a 65" smart TV anchors the main living space. The layout is genuinely family-friendly — everyone has somewhere to be, and the open flow means you're never far from each other.
