Whether your days are filled with magic at Walt Disney World Resort, thrills at Universal Orlando Resort, or adventures at LEGOLAND Florida Resort, Sunset Splash Retreat gives your family the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy every moment together.



Step inside and feel right at home. The bright open-concept living space is designed for gathering after a day of adventure — whether you’re sharing a family meal, planning tomorrow’s park itinerary, or winding down for a movie night.



Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for families and groups:

• Private king master suite downstairs

• Spacious queen master suite upstairs

• Two additional bedrooms with two twin beds each



Everyone has plenty of room to spread out, settle in, and enjoy their own comfortable retreat.



Upstairs, the loft adds another fun space with a dedicated Xbox gaming area — perfect for kids, teens, or anyone needing a little downtime between adventures.



Step outside to your own private splash pool oasis. The backyard overlooks peaceful water and features custom murals that create a fun tropical backdrop unique to this home. Enjoy coffee on the patio in the morning, cool off after long park days, or unwind in the evening while the Florida sunset reflects across the water behind the home.



Optional pool heat is available for $30 per day during cooler months.



Guests also enjoy full access to everything Festival Resort has to offer. Spend sunny afternoons at the resort-style pool and pirate splash pad, challenge the family to mini golf, enjoy the arcade and fitness center, or simply relax throughout the beautifully landscaped resort grounds.



The resort’s on-site Paradise Grille is a favorite place to gather, offering poolside food and drinks in a fun tropical setting — perfect for lunch between activities or a casual dinner after a busy park day. Festival Resort also hosts regular activities and events throughout the week, adding even more fun and entertainment during your stay.



For mini golf, the resort currently leaves golf balls and putters available for guests to use. The beach volleyball court is also available, and while guests will need their own volleyball, we’ll have one waiting for you in the home so you can jump right in.

For easy resort access, your Festival Resort amenity pass will be hanging by the front door inside the home when you arrive. This pass is required for access to the pool and resort amenities, so please be sure to leave it in the home upon checkout for the next guests.
