The space
Wonderful waterfront exquisitely designed, fully fenced, dog friendly, sunlit canal home with boat slip offering direct access to bay. Walking distance to West End Marina complex and the beach. Great outdoor space for warm weather living. Multiple outdoor living spaces offer shade or sun, boast water views, TV, and lots of comfortable seating options, dining areas, dock, large bait bucket, underwater green fishing light, fish cleaning station, kayaks, grassy areas and an outdoor shower.

Sensational main house is upstairs and features an air conditioned, open concept design with two ceiling fans. At the hub, the masterfully designed white custom kitchen, with 8' natural quartzite breakfast bar, sure to satisfy the most discerning home chefs. Flanked by bright sunlit living and dining areas featuring four 6' picture windows and French glass doors. The living room offers a 75" smart tv, electric fireplace, large sectional sofa, swivel chair and coffee table with 4 stools. Perfect for lounging, board or card games, or enjoying your favorite streamed shows or sports, while also offering fast internet services. The dining table has six chairs and can accommodate more using the double benches from the breakfast bar. Alfresco meals are a great option too at any of the four outdoor dining tables. Bedroom 1 boasts a luxurious new handcrafted Aireloom King Mattress, 100% cotton sheets, feather pillows, wall AC unit, ceiling fan, ensuring a great night sleep. Bedroom 2 features two sets of twin bunk bed to comfortably sleep 4, AC unit and caged ceiling fan/light and TV. The all new Jack and Jill bathroom has a custom 42x36 shower w frameless glass door and half wall, 48" lighted makeup cabinet with great storage, fluffy cotton towels, hairdryer and basic toiletries.

The large shaded first floor breezeway with TV, conversation area, dining table and adjacent King bedded suite make up this fully contained first floor living space. Includes the new custom first floor bathroom w rain- head shower, multi sprays and handheld spray, pedestal sink and toilet. Relax in the cool shade, choose a couch, hammock or chaise lounge as a gentle breeze blows, while enjoying views of lush green grass, and the sun dancing across the spectacular water views. Bring your lawn games to enjoy on the manicured, canal front grass area. Don’t forget your fishing poles! Fishing is incredible off our docks and bulkhead. We love dogs, so let them join you on this perfect dog friendly vacation home. However, please note pets must be approved in advance and an additional fee of $125. per pet, per stay applies. Some breeds may require an additional rider per insurance requirements.

Other things to note
Fully fenced yard is great for keeping kids, cars and pets contained inside your canal sanctuary. Our Sea Isle community boasts many amenities a short walk from our home on Burnet & Mason. The neighborhood pool and wading pool, available through Labor Day, a $100 fee payable to HOA covers one week and up to 10 guests daily and must be arranged for prior to 4pm on Fridays for weekend access. We also have a boat launch, Pickle Ball/Tennis/Basket Ball court, playground, great indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment at the Sandbar, a convenience/gift shop bait camp and marina, all just a short walk away. On your way back the beach, stop in at Beachsiders for a bit of cool refreshment, on San Jacinto and 3005. We also have a gas station and second small grocery store in Sea Isle that offers a large assortment of food and beverages including fresh produce and lots of beach toys and equipment.

Lots of guests choose to rent a golf cart to cruise around the neighborhood. Happy to assist with options if interested.

Please let us know if your furry family members will be joining you, there is a $125 fee per dog, per stay. Please no pets on the furniture or beds and please don't leave them alone inside without being crated, preferably for no more than five hours or what they are used to at home. Please be sure you clean up after your dog, use plastic bags for their poop, seal them and put in the outside trash container before you depart. An additional charge will be applied after departure if necessary. Also please ensure your dogs do not incessantly bark, cry, growl or disturb neighbors during your visit. As our home is located on the water, all noises including conversations, music, and barking carry much further and are amplified vs when not on the water. Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am daily. Please be considerate of our neighbors and friends living nearby.
