The space

Welcome to 'Beach, Please!'

Step inside to a bright and airy main living area filled with natural light, hardwood floors, and thoughtfully curated coastal decor. The open-concept living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, making it an inviting space to gather after a day at the beach. Just beyond, the dining area features a beautiful large table for 8, perfect for shared meals and conversation.

The kitchen is both stylish and functional, equipped with a 6-burner gas stove, dual ovens, and a large island with seating for 4. Right next to the kitchen is a built-in wet bar, ideal for making morning coffee or evening drinks. Down the hall is a convenient flex space with a built-in desk area and an arcade machine for added entertainment. Also on the first floor is the laundry room, a half bathroom, and the first master bedroom featuring a King bed and luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. This bathroom also offers direct access out to the pool deck!

The backyard creates the perfect place to unwind, with a private pool and hot tub, BBQ grill, and a surrounding patio featuring a cozy covered lounge area with a fireplace and TV! There's also an outdoor shower and a turf space that adds extra room for relaxing or letting kids play.

Up on the second floor, you'll find an extra sitting area, along with the remaining 4 bedrooms. The second master bedroom is complete with a King bed, access to a private balcony with a daybed swing, and an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a glass shower, and a separate soaking tub. Another King bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a glass shower. The next room offers a Queen bed along with a Twin bed, and access to a jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The final room is a bunk room with one set of Twin-over-Twin-over-Twin bunks and a Twin trundle, which also has access to the jack-and-jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway and free street parking in the neighborhood.

This gorgeous home is situated in the ultra-desirable WaterColor community, making for easy + quick access to WaterColor's numerous amenity offerings! It is an easy walk to the Dragonfly Pool just down the street, and a quick LSV/golf cart ride to The Beach Club, Camp WaterColor and more!

There are also plenty of scenic nature trails for walking/biking, or take the included bikes to explore the area!

This house comes with a maximum of 14 wristbands, which per the WaterColor HOA limits the number we accommodate even if there are sleeping arrangements in the home for more. Children under 5 are not required to wear a wristband so are not included in this number.

Guest access

The WaterColor community is so desirable due to its exceptional community amenities. Guests will have inclusive access to the Gulf-front WaterColor Beach Club and new Camp WaterColor facilities, in addition to 7 other beautiful swimming pools located throughout the community.

The WaterColor Dragonfly pool is just down the street from the home, making it a dream to not have to worry about parking! Camp WaterColor is about a 3 minute ride. The WaterColor Beach Club is about a 5 minute ride from the home.

The WaterColor Beach Club features a huge main pool and lounge area, an 'adults only' pool, additional pool deck with even more lounge seating, and third pool area with zero-entry (perfect for even the littlest kids!). It also has dining service available, and a sunset bar, Costa Chica. All of these amenities have beautiful views of the Gulf!

Camp WaterColor is geared towards kids and has its main butterfly pool with monarch slide for older kids, caterpillar pool (zero-entry + children's area with skipper slide for littler kids), lazy lizard pool (zero-entry + lazy river), lifeguards on duty, The Canteen restaurant + bar, basketball court, playing field, and playground.

The wristbands for access to these amenities are included in the nightly rate and are no additional charge to the guests.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Beach chairs through WaterColor Beach Club should be reserved in advance. The In order to receive the proper number of amenity wristbands, you must enter the total number of people in your travel group when booking. Please bear in mind that the HOA will not be able to provide additional wristbands once you are here. Finally, the WaterColor HOA will charge $50 per wristband to replace any that are lost. Watercolor requires guest contact information for Watercolor wristband registration.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00pm & check out is 10:00am. These times are strict and late check out may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-The LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seagrove to the East or the town of Grayton Beach to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by pool, spa, LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
