Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fireplace wasn’t working, Gas grill starter wasn’t working. Powder room bathroom door lock was broken. Oven hood fan didn’t work. Porch Gas Light not working. Most of this was fixed ... sometimes with work arounds, but it was disappointing to constantly have to call for maintenance and deal with workmen. Nice house, but upkeep was a bit lacking.

We enjoyed this property. Pool, screened in porches and outdoor area great for spending time with family. Lovely 3 bedroom house with lots of features.

We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside and this home! It had everything we needed and the property manager was quick to address any issues (very minor) to make our stay enjoyable. We made many great memories here and can’t wait to come back again next year!

Don’t rent if you need the golf cart.

The Golf Cart leaked lots of rusty, nasty water all over us the first time we used the cart, which ruined 3 articles of clothing. (rusty water had entered the rails that hold up the roof somewhere and leaks through the screws). There was no way for us to remove the water in the rails (cart is old and obviously needs to be fixed), so we could not use it for a week until the last couple of days when it finally dried up. In a nutshell, i notified the company immediately, providing pictures of the ruined clothing that would not come out with any stain remover, and they gave lots of excuses, but ended up offering a $100 credit for the clothes (seriously?) saying that since I chose to not use the golf cart, they did not have to reduce my rental rate, even though I would not have rented that house and paid what I did , if it didn’t have a golf cart. They told me when I got there, in the pouring rain, I should have found the golf cart cover and put it on the golf cart. But even if I had known to do that, the malfunctioning cart was already filled with water because they had not covered it! If they don’t have a golf cart that you can drive without ruining your clothes, they should not advertise, in every bit of their marketing that they do.

We appreciated having access to the golf cart and bikes and felt that everything we wanted to do was in close proximity to the home. Specifically, the pools, grocery store, restaurants, and Seaside shops and food carts were all within a 5-10 minutes bike or golf cart ride. This was our first time visiting Watercolor and we were impressed! We hope to return and would recommend this house and area to everyone.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The beds were comfy, it was roomy, well appointed kitchen, beautiful porches, and THE PERFECT patio. I hope we can stay here again and again!

Great 3 day getaway

House feels much larger than description/photos. Maintenance staff extremely responsive/timely on a few minor fixes. Would come back again!

Family trip with young children

Beautiful house with lots of room to all be together in the living room/kitchen but also enough room to spread out for a little alone time. The little pool was perfect for a quick dip with the kids. The only downside is that we felt like we were a little far from the club/town.

Great Location but Plan In Advance

The overall location was great, this home is nestled back in the Watercolor community and is easy access to pools & beach. Plus, the golf cart comes in handy - so be sure to rent this in advance. As for the downsides of this rental home, there are ZERO beach towels provided at the home, so if you plan to use the pool, come prepared. Also, the home doesn't come with some basic amenities like other rental homes in the area (ex. trash bags, dryer sheets, disposable cups, plates or cooking oil). And lastly, while the bedrooms are equipped with TVs, they DO NOT have cable, which was a downside for our family. The kids bunk area only supports DVDs. For a million dollar property, we've stayed at nicer rentals locally. I will most definitely return to Watercolor/30A next year but I plan to rent a different property next time. Overall, great communication from property mgmt company, almost too much communication at times (multiple emails & texts), but we appreciated the early check-in.

Best House!

our family of 5 LOVED this property. It was even ore spacious than we thought and close to EVERYTHING. We will be back for sure - the pool & water feature was awesome, especially since we had it heated. SUPER clean and SUPER adorable. one of the best places we have stayed on 30A!

We heated the pool so the kids played in the pool all morning while we sat by the outdoor wood burning fireplace. They even provided the wood. It was just great. The golf cart and bikes made it even better. We didn’t have to get in the car for anything. The grocery was 3 minutes away on the golf cart and seaside and watercolor restaurants were just as close. House was very clean and a good layout for our family of 5. We would come back for sure!

Terrific Week at the Beach

Everyone could do what they wanted: from going to the beach, floating in the pool (not big but good enough), working from home (yes, bummer!), reading on the back porch, and cooking in the fabulous kitchen. There was definitely enough space so that we didn't feel crowded. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Note: in addition to toilet paper and paper towels, we suggest bringing kitchen towels, laundry and dishwasher pods. The house was very close to the grocery store and other Seaside activities, yet it was very quiet. The bikes and the golf cart were great. We loved taking the golf cart to get ice cream in the evenings. The manager was very responsive with the one maintenance issue (the battery on the back door lock went bad). We were amazed that the trash folks came every day! We would certainly recommend to others.

This is an amazing property..clean, close to everything, the golf cart got you any and everywhere, fun pool, and the neighborhood was so Americana! We loved our stay!

Beach vacation

The house was gorgeous, very spacious. The front porch was great for morning coffee & adult beverages in the evening. The bikes & golf cart made it so easy to get around Watercolor. I would definitely stay here again & recommend it to friends & family.

Our 6 year old granddaughter cried so hard, when we had to leave. I personally, LOVED the front screened in porch with a big table and very comfortable couch and chairs.
