At the opposite end of the open plan living space, you will find the cozy dining area, it has a large dining table with a integral seated bench along the walls and loose chairs as well. There is also a TV located in this area. In the middle of the open plan living space, you will find the kitchen area with island unit, and most of the modern facilities you could expect. There is air conditioning in the living room (not in the bedrooms). Additionally on this floor you have the third bedroom also with a flat screen TV. There is also and a separate toilet located on this level.



The outside lift takes you directly to the 4th floor.
