While check-in is completely contactless, help is available 24/7 and is just a phone call away! You will receive check-in instructions 5 days prior to your stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out for anything you may need.

Our home is the perfect retreat! We are in a rural area and while you can see a few neighbors, the area is relatively secluded and away from traffic. However, we are less than 5 minutes away from Ludlow and Okemo Resort, giving access to restaurants, shopping, and recreation. Our home is located on a dirt road and we do recommend 4WD/AWD during the winter to ensure easy and safe passage around town.

Welcome to our brand new, luxurious mountain home! Built with an architect's eye, every inch of this home was crafted with care and detail. Mixing upscale mountain cabin vibes, home-away-from-home comfort, and sleek modern design, this is certainly a retreat you'll never want to leave! This home can sleep 10 guests across an expansive, thoughtfully designed layout. The home boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are private suites, perfect for couples or multiple families traveling together. We have 3.5 bathrooms, all with artfully finished stall showers. A gorgeous soaking tub is also ready for you, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

The open Great Room, including kitchen, dining, and living spaces, make hosting your group effortless. No one gets left out of the conversation while meals are being made! Our chef's kitchen has brand new, high end appliances and a wonderful coffee bar complete with a standard coffee maker as well as a Nespresso machine. In the living room, cozy up on the plush seating around the large smart TV or turn on the warm gas fireplace, perfect for those winter days and cooler summer nights. Off of the living room, you'll find a large balcony, the ideal spot for that morning cup of coffee or afternoon beverage. With a huge mudroom, you won't have to worry about storing any of your gear, either!

Ride sharing is intermittent at best in Ludlow. You can use Okemo Valley Taxi, but we recommend having a vehicle with you. During the winter months, a car with AWD/4WD is a strongly recommended.

Absolutely no smoking/vaping in the home or anywhere else on the property.

We prefer to host guests who are 25 and older.

Please keep all snow gear in the downstairs mudroom.

We are not pet friendly. As this is a brand new home and we have owners with allergies, we prefer to host guests without any kind of animals.

While we have bunk beds perfect for kids, our home is not especially suited for children under the age of 5. Stairs are required to get to the different floors.

We are in a rural area. As such, it is not uncommon to see bears. Please make sure all food/trash is kept in the home to avoid unwanted bear interactions.

One of our neighbors has a dog. You may see him in the road. Should you see him, it is best to avoid him and go around as necessary.
