I appreciate your feedback and would like to address these issues you had. First, we take the cleanliness of the house very serious. Upon completion of each clean, I walk through the home and inspect it for any items missed. This specific day I went behind maintenance and fully inspected. I didn’t see any used towels prior to your check in or large yard debris. Sorry our "secret game room" was so secret that you were unable to locate it. It's upstairs behind the mirror with the wall mounted track. As for the trash can being full upon check in, trash pick up is only offered once weekly on Monday. During busy weeks, there may be trash in the outside can. However, we know it wasn't full because our maintenance person removed several bags prior to your arrival. My apologies for the extra length on the front lawn. Although it is normally cut weekly, the wet weather prohibited the lawn service from mowing that week. In our many texts and conversations during your stay, I wished any of this was mentioned so we could have quickly addressed as we did for your several other questions.
