"Meerzeit," a modern vacation home that underwent a complete renovation in 2020, is located in the white neighborhood of
close to the beach in Hörnum. With approximately 135 square meters of living space
, this half of the house offers everything you need for a wonderful vacation with the whole family or
friends.

On the first floor, you’ll find a large, open-concept living area with
a cozy sofa nook, a large wooden dining table, and a separate reading corner with
direct access to the terrace. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped,
modern, open kitchen with another exit to the terrace. The spacious
terrace is furnished with a large table, a lounge area, a sun lounger, and a beach chair
; from here, you can watch your children and/or dogs playing in the fully fenced-in garden
. Also on the first floor is a modern bathroom with a
floor-to-ceiling shower.

An easily accessible staircase leads to the first floor, which features three
bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, storage space, and
a TV; one of the double beds is slightly narrower.
The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a dresser
. Another spacious, bright bathroom with a bathtub,
walk-in shower, toilet, and modern vanity is also located on
this floor.

A wooden staircase leads to the attic, where another
spacious, light-filled bedroom awaits you, featuring a double box-spring bed,
built-in closets, and a TV.

In the basement, there is also an utility room with a washing machine,
dryer, and plenty of space to dry your towels.

A travel crib, a high chair, and Wi-Fi are available free of charge at the
accommodation. A parking space under the attached carport is also provided.
