This home offers the perfect combination of comfort, entertainment, and location for your Sonoma County stay! Please note absolutely no parties or large gatherings are permitted at this location.

• Only the disclosed number of guests on the reservation are permitted on the property. No additional guests or visitors are allowed unless pre-approved prior to arrival.

• By booking, you agree there will be no unannounced guests or visitors during your stay.

• Reservations include up to 6 guests. Additional guests or pets require prior approval and are subject to a $50/night fee per guest or pet due to additional usage and wear on the home.

• Undisclosed guests or pets will result in a penalty fee of $100 per guest/pet, charged through the Resolution Center.

• Please remove shoes before going on carpeted areas to prevent stains.

• No smoking inside the home. May result in $500 for odor removal.

• Quiet hours are from 9PM–8AM. Parties, events, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund.

• We do our best to keep the propane tank filled, but we do not actively monitor propane levels between stays. If the tank happens to run out during your stay, guests are welcome to exchange/fill the tank at a nearby gas station or propane exchange location and send us the receipt for reimbursement.

• Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkout will incur a $50 per hour fee.

• Please turn off lights, HVAC, and gas appliances, and lock all doors when away.
