OCCUPANCY — Maximum 20 guests across all 4 units combined. Day visitors count toward total occupancy. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

POOL & OUTDOOR AREA — Pool and terrace for registered guests only. No lifeguard on duty — swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving. No glass in or near the pool. Outside visitors require prior written host approval.

QUIET HOURS — 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Coral Ridge Isles is a residential neighbourhood — please be mindful outdoors after dark. Noise complaints may result in cancellation without refund.

SECURITY CAMERAS — Exterior security cameras active for guest and property safety. No cameras inside any unit.

PETS — Welcome with prior disclosure before booking. Share pet details at time of booking. Undisclosed pets may result in additional cleaning fees.

PARKING — On-site parking for multiple vehicles. Use designated spaces only. Do not block neighbouring driveways or walkways.

HOUSEKEEPING — Every unit professionally cleaned before each arrival — fresh linens, towels, and laundry essentials in all 4 units, ready when you walk in.

CHECKOUT — Dishes washed or in the dishwasher · Trash bagged in bins · Personal belongings removed. Excessive cleaning beyond normal use may result in additional fees.
