This space, located on the ground floor, is the crown jewel of the house. The open-plan living area is impressively spacious, with ceilings that soar over 3 meters high. The enormous chaise longue sofa is complemented by two whiskey-colored vintage chairs, and a three-meter-wide mirror intensifies the sense of space.

An old pantry and two swing doors from the original home have been lovingly restored and placed in this striking ground floor. At the back, floor-to-ceiling windows connect the living-dining room to the interior patio.
