The picturesque fishing harbor, cozy restaurants, and grocery store are just a few minutes away.<br><br>The “Ruhepol” house is tastefully furnished and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first floor is fully tiled (with underfloor heating in the bathroom).<br><br>A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth in the open-concept living-dining area. One bedroom with a double bed (2 m x 1.60 m) and a large bathroom (step-free shower) are located on the first floor. The new, modern kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances and, in addition to the dining table for 6 people, features a breakfast bar. This allows you to watch the cook or simply chat. <br><br>Two additional bedrooms (the double bed measures 2 m x 1.80 m; the third bedroom has a 1.55-meter-wide sofa bed, with no additional storage space available) and a shower room (low entry) with a separate toilet are located on the upper floor. The third bedroom also serves as the passageway to the newly built rooftop terrace, where you can relax in the evening sun with a glass of red wine and let your gaze wander over Greetsiel. The upper floor is also tiled. The bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.<br><br>The two main bedrooms, as well as the bathroom on the first floor, have exterior blinds. <br><br>The newly built sunroom, which features underfloor heating, is attractively and modernly furnished and provides pleasant warmth even in winter. <br><br>All other amenities, such as a dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Bodum coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, egg cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, 1 flat-screen TV, stereo system, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, etc., are available.<br><br>In addition to the rooftop terrace, there is also a small area next to the sunroom with patio furniture. <br><br>The house includes one parking space.<br><br>Free, private Wi-Fi (on-site registration required).
