GUEST ACCESS
The whole home is yours, all on one level: three bedrooms, the living spaces and the fenced backyard with the heated pool, fire pit and grill. Check in yourself with the smart lock any time after 4 PM. Park up to 3 cars in the driveway; street parking is not allowed. On Mondays and Thursdays our pool technician may stop by briefly for exterior pool service only.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 are the big draw, and Honeymoon Island State Park adds more Gulf shoreline for a full beach day. The home sits in a residential neighborhood on a busy street, so the fenced backyard is where you unwind between outings. For fall days out with kids, our picks are the Clearwater Marine Aquarium and the trails at Moccasin Lake Nature Park. Travel times vary with traffic and route, so check your maps app before heading out.

GETTING AROUND
Parking is in the driveway only, with room for 3 cars. The home is on a busy street and street parking is not allowed; cars parked there may be towed. Beach, aquarium and park outings all start from your driveway, and travel times shift with traffic, weather and route, so check your maps app before you go.

- The home sits on a busy street; the backyard is fully fenced.
- Our pool tech may stop by briefly on Mondays and Thursdays, outside only.

- The booking guest must be 25+ and stay for the whole trip. No parties; quiet hours 11 PM to 7 AM.
- Pool up to 5 ft deep: no diving, kids supervised, floats not provided.
- A community burn ban can pause the fire pit.
- Check-in 4 PM, check-out 10 AM.
- Bring cooking oil and spices; beach chairs, umbrellas and wagons are not provided.
- Please be aware that a Burn Ban may be announced at any time by the community. While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
- Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
- For VRBO or direct/website bookings, please note that even if a cancellation qualifies under the cancellation policy, the 10% payment processing fee is non-refundable. This is due to the fact that we use external payment processors like Stripe, which do not refund processing fees.
- Please note that the distances and travel times provided are approximate estimates based on Google Maps. Actual travel times may vary depending on traffic, weather, road conditions, and the route taken.
🚭 Smoking & Vaping:
Smoking and vaping, including e-cigarettes, are strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed only outdoors with doors closed, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. The use of drugs is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property.

🎶 Music & Noise:
Parties and events are not permitted. Please keep music and noise at a respectful level at all times to ensure consideration for our neighbors and the community.

🤫 Quiet Hours:
Our home is located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Guests are responsible for any fines if authorities are called for noise violations.

🐾 Pets:
Only Dogs are allowed with prior approval. We welcome up to 2 dogs per stay with a $200 pet fee.

-Pets must be fully house-trained.
-Guests must clean up after pets; a $250 fee applies if this is violated.
-Pets should be crated indoors when no one is home.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture, bedding, or in the swimming pool and hot tub.

-Late check-out without approval will incur a $50 fee per 30 minutes, plus additional charges if it impacts cleaning schedule and incoming guests.

🏠 Use of Property:
Please treat the property, furnishings, and appliances with care. Guests may not make structural or permanent changes and must return moved furniture to its original placement.

🎂 Minimum Age Requirement:
Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years or older. The guest who books must be present for the full duration of the stay.

🚗 Parking:
This house is on a busy street. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the driveway. Parking on the street is not permitted. Illegally parked cars may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

🏊 Pool: Please note that swimming is at your own risk. No jumping or diving is allowed, and children must be supervised at all times. Some areas are up to 5 feet deep. Pool floats are not provided as part of the home’s amenities. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own for use during their stay.

🧹 Housekeeping:
Daily housekeeping is not provided. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness during their stay.

🗑️ Garbage & Recycling:
-Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays and Recycling are on Wednesdays.

🥩 Gas Grill & Fire Pit:
A grill and propane tank are provided. Please make sure to empty the grease tray and fully turn off the gas after each use.

⚠️ Liability & Risk:
The owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that occur on or off the property, including while using any provided equipment such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, or wagons.
