There is a quiet curfew. No loud noise after 11pm
Make sure to clean the grill. If left messy there will be a $75 cleaning fee.
If the rental is left In an unusually messy state a $100 fee will be charged.
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit.
There is a $150 charge if tenants smoke inside the Villa
