Welcome to the Resaleen holiday apartment, a charming and modern apartment located in the picturesque surroundings of Öhningen. This lovingly furnished accommodation offers you the perfect base to explore the Lake Constance region while enjoying the comforts of a cozy home. The Resaleen apartment covers 78 m² and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment features a spacious and open living and dining area. Here, you’ll find a generous sofa corner with a TV, and connected to it is the dining area with a table and comfortable chairs. The large screen TV (over 55 inches) provides entertainment and lets you enjoy cozy movie nights after an active day. Although, we assume you'll enjoy spending your evenings on the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine. The large windows are equipped with privacy screens and fly screens.

The modernly equipped kitchen is a true highlight for hobby chefs, as an additional kitchen island is available. It also includes a ceramic hob stove, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a variety of kitchen utensils that make preparing your favorite dishes easier. A kettle, a filter and Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, and an egg cooker are also provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The two cozy bedrooms each feature a box spring bed. The bed in the larger bedroom is 1.80m wide, while the bed in the smaller bedroom is 1.40m wide. Here you will find rest and a good night's sleep after an eventful day.

The bathroom is new and modern, equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a double sink. The apartment also has a guest toilet, which our guests really appreciate.

Outside, at the Resaleen vacation apartment, you’ll find a charming terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the well-kept garden.

Lake Constance is just 500 meters away as the crow flies, or about a 1 km drive by car.

Go on boat trips, enjoy the various boating options, or just relax by the water. Other water sports equipment like SUPs, etc., can also be rented.
Shopping options and restaurants are just 250 to 300 meters away, so you can easily reach everything you need. Public transport connections are only 100 meters away, giving you flexibility to get around the region.

Switzerland is conveniently reachable in just a few minutes by car. We recommend the enchanting little town of Stein am Rhein and, of course, not to forget: the breathtaking Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen. Everyone of the charming towns on the Höri Peninsula has its own beautiful beach and its own boat docks. From here, there are wonderful round trips, sometimes to Switzerland, and of course to other sights around Lake Constance.
