Welcome to our modern 3-room holiday apartment with a cozy lounge on the covered balcony in Öhningen. Öhningen is right on the Swiss border and has its own beach with dining options, by the way the most beautiful beach on the Höri. Enjoy your stay in a quiet location and reach our beautiful Lake Constance on foot in just twelve minutes.

The bright and light-filled kitchen with living and dining area invites you to cook and linger (both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine are available). The kitchen is separated from the living room by a kitchen island but is still part of the whole space. We've furnished the apartment in a modern style and also follow an individual color concept here, so that you feel comfortable.

From the living room, you can access the covered balcony, which invites you to relax in a cozy lounge. Summer evenings with a glass of wine and, of course, a good breakfast can be enjoyed here.

The master bedroom is bright and modern and comes with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Getting a good night's sleep is especially important on vacation.

Another bedroom (more suitable for children due to the low ceiling) can be reached from the living room via a narrow open staircase. The bedroom is located in the beautifully converted upper attic area. This cozy corner is also perfect for dreaming but, due to the limited space, is mainly ideal for children.

The modern bathroom has a large shower, sink, and toilet.

Wi-Fi and one free parking spot are, of course, available.

It’s about a 12-minute walk to the lake. There are shops and restaurants in the town center. At the nearby beach, you can enjoy your coffee or pizza with a fantastic view of the lake.

The Höri is the perfect mix between a holiday island and a place to relax. Everywhere you go, you’re somehow always right by the lake. Hiking trails, bike paths, and lakeside baths can be found in every town on the Höri. Its proximity to Switzerland also invites you to visit, diving into medieval towns, chocolate, and the Rhine Falls.
