The two private bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed and room darkening shades to ensure a restful sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, making meal preparation easy. The dining area provides a dedicated space for family meals. For your convenience, the home includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels. Outside, you will find a private garden area, ideal for enjoying the fresh air. You will have full and private access to the entire single level house during your stay. To maintain a peaceful environment for all, we kindly ask that guests observe quiet hours between 22 00 and 08 00. For the comfort of all future guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, and we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entry. Additionally, please refrain from cooking seafood in the kitchen. We are happy to welcome one pet per stay weighing up to 25 pounds, provided it is disclosed at the time of booking and the mandatory 200 dollar pet fee is paid. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this property. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience.
