The Space:

The apartment is ideal for two people seeking a temporary home that's more than just accommodation. A place to arrive, breathe deeply, and feel at ease. For special moments or cherished guests, a second bedroom and bathroom are also available – flexible and convenient. Light-filled rooms, tasteful furnishings, and a warm, personal touch give the loft its unique character. Here, you'll instantly experience that feeling of security that only comes with home. The heart of the apartment is the spacious, approximately 120 sq ft covered west-facing balcony: a sheltered outdoor space that invites you to linger in any weather. Start your day here with a coffee or end it with a glass of wine. The setting sunbathes the surroundings in a soft light, gifting you with a small, quiet moment of magic each evening.



Guest Access:

You will receive access to a lockbox located directly at the entrance to the condo. Since the property is situated within a gated community, you will also be registered with the gatehouse for the duration of your stay, allowing you and your vehicle convenient access through the community gate.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located in a very quiet gated community. Despite its peaceful setting, it is just a few minutes' drive from US-41, where you'll find countless restaurants, bars, shopping destinations, and a wide variety of entertainment and recreational activities.



Getting Around:

The beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel are just a short 15-minute drive away, offering the perfect setting for relaxing days by the Gulf. In addition, residents and guests can enjoy golf and tennis within the exclusive community, making it easy to embrace the active Florida lifestyle. A community pool is also available, providing the perfect place to soak up the Florida sunshine throughout the day.



Interaction with Guests:

We will personally welcome you on the day following your arrival and complete the formal check-in process. We will also meet with you on your departure day to conduct the check-out.

Electricity usage is already included in your rental rate. However, we kindly ask that you use energy responsibly. Please do not set the air conditioning below 74°F and keep the balcony door closed at all times while the air conditioning is running.

Rentals are available with a minimum stay of four weeks, making this the perfect choice for guests who are looking for more than just a place to stay, but a place to truly settle in and feel at home for a while.
