Open design concept with large, comfortable sectional and leather chairs. Enjoy all your favorite streaming services on the large TV, or play your favorite jams on the Sonos speaker system. Entryway table is stocked with games and dining room table seats 8 comfortably.

Kitchen:
Beautifully updated, open kitchen complete gas range stove, new quartz countertops, and bar seating. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials to make you feel right at home.

Primary Bedroom:
Your private sanctuary. A king sized Tuft & Needle Mint mattress, walk in closet, en-suite bath and vanity area. Large sliding glass doors that exit to the patio create beautiful natural light all hours of the day. REMOTE WORKSPACE - full desk setup including an external monitor for all your WFH digital nomad needs. External monitor includes USB-C cable for laptop connection.

Guest Bedroom 1:
A flexible space great for both kids and adults. Very comfortable daybed with trundle. Be sure to check out the wall art - drawn by your host Steph!

Guest Bedroom 2:
Queen bed with luxury pillow-top mattress and generous closet space. Calm, comfortable and gets the best morning light in the entire home.

Guest Bathroom:
Full Bath. Newly remodeled bathroom includes a tub/shower with tile finishes, large vanity, and Mid-Century Modern lighting.

Backyard:
This is where Hygge House truly shines. A fully-fenced backyard with spacious covered patio. A garden full of peppers, seasonal flowers and other pickable produce. Large grass area, yard games, fire pit, large gas grill + plenty of Arizona sunshine!

Guest access
The entire home is yours - all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, backyard, private driveway and two car garage!

Parking: Private parking for 5 cars on property - including the garage. Street parking is also widely available right out front as well if needed. No garage openers are available to guests but you are more than welcome to keep your vehicle inside of the garage and use the wall switch for access.

The Neighborhood:
Nestled in a quiet family-friendly area of Tempe that is still perfectly located to enjoy the best that the phoenix-metro area has to offer. Walk the lakeside trails in the neighborhood, take your kids (or fur kids) to the many parks and walkable patio restaurants.
