El distrito gubernamental, Gendarmenmarkt, Alexanderplatz con torre de televisión, Nikolaiviertel, Checkpoint Chaly, Isla de los Museos se encuentran a 10-15 minutos a pie. Apartamento perfecto y nuevo en el que se siente cómodo y prefiere mudarse. Hay una habitación separada con una cama con dosel de 180x200 y otra cama de 150x200, ¡todos colchones nuevos y buenos! La sala de estar con cama doble 160x200, cocina más abierta con barra y taburetes también hace que quieras cocinar. Puedes comer en la mesa de madera de olivo con banco y sillas de mimbre. También hay un baño con bañera y sep. Ducha e inodoro y lavadora disponibles. El apartamento tiene un balcón verde con muebles de madera y vistas al tranquilo patio. El apartamento está ubicado directamente en la hermosa piscina del ángel. Sales por la puerta y se te ofrece un oasis. Kaisers, Aldi y Lidl están a 50-150 my el metro a 200 m. Las plazas de aparcamiento están disponibles de forma gratuita en Annenstraße y Legiendamm. Una cálida bienvenida! W-LAN!

Love This Property

We’ve stayed here before, so it definitely felt like home. So many great things about this apartment: secure lobby, big elevator, spacious rooms, easy-to-use washing machine, comfortable bed, and cozy balcony. The location is near a popular corner, so Uber or taxi pick-up is easy. Two grocery stores, a quick mart, a couple of eateries are just around the corner. It's an easy walk to Oranienstrasse and all the bars and restaurants in the area. And Ina is lovely to work with.We'll definitely be back!

Excellent apartment

This property was nicer in person than the photographs that were provided on the listing. It was roomy spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything that you would basically need to cook if you wish to cook inside. The location was excellent. It was close to the bus lines and subway lines. In addition, there were grocery stores very close by and a restaurant next door.The neighborhood felt very safe.All in all it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, and we would highly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Berlin.

Spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment great for kids

From check-in to check-out, host Ina was available to help. The apartment was clean & although I don't use all the kitchen appliances and gadgets, I could see everything was covered. Not only was there a can opener that worked, there was also a sharpening steel for knives. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference in my stay. In a residential neighborhood, the apartment is quiet, has a few windows & balcony overlooking a lovely back yard and there is great grocery shopping nearby. To get to venues, I walked but there are buses that go to Museum Island.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage waren wir trotz des Streiks der Busse und Straßenbahnen an vielen Orten innerhalb einer halben Stunde (zu Fuß) da. Frau Kamin ist auf unsere Wunsche sofort eingegangen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und die Wohnung war für uns genau richtig. Der Ceck-In und Check-Out waren super unkompliziert und die Wohnung mit tollen Osterüberraschungen für die Kinder vorbereitet. Selbst bei allen 4 Teenagern bekam der Trip nach Berlin eine 9 von 10 Punkten - und somit auch von uns Eltern. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Ansprechendes Domizil

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Enkeln für 5Tage hier in Berlin und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser sehr schön geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichteten, gemütlichen Wohnung. Da wir vom Land kommen und Großstadt Lärm nicht unsere Sache ist, kamen wir aber auch hiermit gut zurecht. Straßenlärm war bei geschlossenem Fenster deutlich gedämpft. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig. Vieles zu Fuß erreichbar aber auch mit Bus und U Bahn gut angebunden. Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Kühlschrank Füllung zur Anreise mit dem Nötigsten fand ich super und habe ich so noch nicht erlebt!! Unsere Enkel haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt Spieletisch und sonstige kindgerechte Ausstattung wurde gerne angenommen. Danke dafür! Einziges Manko war die Sauberkeit des Bodens, er war bei unserer Ankunft einfach schmutzig und ich musste ihn reinigen. Dafür muss ich leider einen Punkt abziehen. Wir waren aber trotzdem rundum zufrieden!!!

Ganz herzlichen Dank, für ihre Bewertung. Schön, dass sie bei mir waren und die Zeit in Berlin genossen haben. Kleine entschuldigende Erklärung: die Wohnung war vorbereitet für neue Gäste und danach 1 Monat durch Corona unbewohnt. Ich habe es versäumt, vor der Ankunft noch einmal einen Check zu machen. Dafür entschuldige ich mich. Ich werde dies mir zu Herzen nehmen und beim nächsten mal darauf achten. Danke, für den Kommentar. Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. U-und Bus nur wenige hundert Meter. Der Balkon ist super und sehr nett eingerichtet. Der Rest der Wohnung ist einfach aber ok. Leider kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Die Betten super zum Schlafen und wirklich viele Schränke mit Stauraum.

Ein besonderes Schmuckstück!

Wenn die Tür aufgeht fühlt man sich sofort zuhause. Dieses gemütliche und perfekt eingerichtete Apartment wirkt bewohnt und ist von Kennern liebevoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. Kontakt war ebenso perfekt und alles sehr unkompliziert. Erst wenn du das Glück hast, so eine Wohnung zu finden, kannst du den Aufenthalt richtig problemfrei geniessen. Wir kommen wieder!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet, so dass nach einer Woche Aufenthalt der Abschied doch schwer fiel. Es war alles da, was man zum Wohlfühlen brauchte . Ein Frühstück in völliger Ruhe mitten in Berlin auf dem Balkon ist schon bemerkenswert!! In der direkten Umgebung konnten wir wirklich lecker Essen gehen, aber auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren super zu erreichen. Danke an die Vermieter für einen schönen Osterurlaub - die Wohnung ist jedenfalls nur schwer zu toppen!!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht und diese Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist überragend ausgestattet, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut inmitten von Kreuzberg gelegen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief reibungslos und zügig, die Übergabe der Wohnung ging problemlos vonstatten. Wir waren zu zweit, und für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten. Vier Personen finden aber auch ausreichend Platz, insbesondere wenn Kinder dabei sind. Resümee: Eine tolle, unbedingt empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

Clean, modern, and well equipped

Nice place. A little out to the way but easy to get to once you learn the drill. Lots of groceries and shopping nearby. Thanx to Uber, connections around Berlin are really easy and inexpensive. Only comment about the place would be that Ina has tried to make it all things to all people. We didn't need the extra king size bed in the living room or the fuss ball game which took up some considerable space. We were just 2 people. If you are a larger family, this should work well. Main thing - everything works.

Family vacation

We ended up staying at a different apartment worked out weeks in advance. It was just as lovely and communications with the owner were easy. These apartments are in good locations, kept clean and had all the furnishings and kitchen equipment needed for a stay. Vacation was great and the facility was good for a family.
