The space

Welcome to Your 19th-Floor Beachfront Escape!

Stay in the highest apartment in the building with a balcony—just below the penthouse. Our newly decorated space is bright, calm, and filled with natural light, offering stunning beach AND city views from morning to night. Perfect for families, groups, or anyone wanting a convenient stay right on Isla Verde Beach.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has one king bed and and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom as well. Both rooms have blackout curtains and have ACs, TVs, and ensuite bathrooms equipped with basic toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Living Area

The open living area features WiFi, a large Smart TV, a dining table, a corner workspace area, and large windows that fill the room with both ocean and city light. It’s ideal for relaxing, working remotely, or gathering before heading out to explore.

Kitchen

Cook as much or as little as you like with a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and cookware. Whether it’s breakfast before the beach or snacks after dinner, you’ll have everything you need.

Balcony

Your private balcony sits high above Isla Verde with wide, uninterrupted views of both the ocean and the city. It’s perfect for morning coffee, reading with a breeze, or watching the sky change at sunset.

Building

Enjoy a large pool, 24/7 security, gated access, and direct beach access. Parking is included when listed.

Walkable Location

You’re steps from restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, casinos, and beach rentals. The apartment is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Old San Juan, making it easy to explore the island.


We want you to have an amazing experience, and clear expectations make a big difference. Here’s everything to know upfront:

Location

The area is popular and lively, especially on weekends and holidays. Some noise from the city, nearby hotels, or the beach is normal.

The unit’s high floor helps keep the space peaceful, but total silence cannot be guaranteed in any beachfront city location. We provide sound machines in each bedroom, which can conveniently drown out any outside noises.

Island Life - Power + Water Outages

Puerto Rico occasionally experiences power or water interruptions. These are island-wide issues that can affect any building, hotel, or home — not something hosts can control.

To prepare you:

We have worked hard to provide backup battery lighting for emergency essential in case of temporary outages. These are set up for emergencies, but can in no way be guaranteed. Please kindly keep in mind that these only turn on one AC, several power outlets, and several lights, and they might run out at any time during emergencies.

Building Maintenance

The building is kept clean and secure, but occasional maintenance or improvements may be visible. This is normal for large beachfront buildings. If something scheduled is announced before your stay, we will notify you.

Beachfront Reality

Sand, wind, and salt air are part of the beachfront experience. While we clean thoroughly before every arrival, the environment is naturally breezy and sunny — that's part of the charm of staying this close to the ocean.

Safety + Security

There is gated access, 24/7 security presence, and cameras in common areas.

Please note that the apartment is located on a high floor. We kindly ask all guests to use caution near windows and balcony areas and to supervise children at all times. Please kindly note that guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of everyone in their group during their stay.

Guest access

You will be provided with a door entry code and a lockbox code which is needed to access key fobs. These key fobs are necessary to access most common areas around the building, including the beach and the parking garage areas. Kindly note that guests are required to fill out a sheet that logs their stay for building management prior to their stay and wear the guest bracelets. Upon arrival, security personnel will asks for IDs of all the guest at the entrance and will hand over a sheet to identify the designated parking space. We kindly ask that you read the description in its entirety to avoid unexpected scenarios. Please keep in mind that all of these measures are the building's prerogative and are put in place to keep safety as a top priority.

Other things to note

Kindly note that you will be asked to fill out some paperwork prior to your stay and will be requested to show your IDs at the entrance, all according to building policy and security regulations. It is important to comply with these building rules, as the breaking of them could incur in fines that the guest will become responsible for.
