This bright and comfortably furnished one-bedroom apartment, suitable for 2–3 people, is located on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, and toaster.
The living room features a new sleeper sofa, 2 new armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a CD radio, plenty of books, and board games.
The large balcony facing the sea offers a beautiful view.
On the 9th floor, there is a rooftop terrace with a unique view of the surrounding area and the North Sea coast.

Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be booked for an additional fee. Free parking is available at the building, as is the heated, approximately 70-square-meter swimming pool on the first floor. The swimming pool is a complimentary amenity of the vacation rental; its availability is not guaranteed. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement. Laundry tokens are available at the front desk.
