Walk to downtown Berkeley Springs and the courthouse in about 5 minutes from this upgraded, work-friendly home. This comfortable stay is ideal for families, couples, professionals, courthouse visitors, and guests who want to be close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.

The home features two upstairs bedrooms with queen beds, plus a queen air mattress available for guests 5–6. Guests can enjoy strong Wi-Fi, a private office with a door, a cozy living room with a wood/pellet stove fireplace, a functional kitchen, washer and dryer, and parking for up to 6 vehicles.

The kitchen is available for guest use and includes basic cooking utensils, a microwave, tea kettle, and cooking essentials. Child safety locks are installed on kitchen cabinets containing cleaning supplies.

Guests have access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, private office, upstairs bedrooms, downstairs bathroom, washer and dryer, fireplace, and parking area. Please note that all bedrooms are upstairs, and the home’s bathroom is downstairs.

Fireplace use is welcome during the winter season only. Guests must follow all safety instructions, keep the fireplace door closed while in use, never leave the fire unattended, keep children and pets away from the fireplace, and make sure the fire is fully out before leaving the home or going to sleep. Do not burn trash, paper, cardboard, or any unapproved materials.

Guests will have privacy during their stay. I am available through the Vrbo app if you need anything, have questions, or need help with the home. I do my best to respond quickly and make sure your stay is comfortable, safe, and enjoyable.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval. Please include the number of dogs, size, and breed before booking, and review our pet policy. Dogs must be house-trained, cleaned up after, kept off beds and furniture, and not left unattended unless crated.

No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is allowed only outside in the designated area by the green umbrella/outdoor furniture. Please dispose of cigarette butts safely.

This home is located in a natural mountain town setting, so guests may occasionally see seasonal insects or local wildlife outdoors. Please keep doors closed, avoid leaving food outside, and do not feed or approach wildlife.

Guests with young children should be aware of the stairs and supervise children at all times.
