The 85 m² Upstalsboom 4-room apartment, lalo 16, in the Lütjeod apartment building on Langeoog—featuring a loggia—accommodates up to 6 people and is situated in a prime location in the island town. This family-friendly vacation apartment features three separate bedrooms and is the perfect vacation home on the beautiful North Sea island of Langeoog.

The location
The light-filled apartment faces southwest and is located on the second floor—the top floor of the building. The North Sea and the island’s kilometer-long, fine-sand beach are about 1,000 meters away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, bakeries, restaurants, and small fashion and souvenir shops, as well as a bike rental service. Attractions such as the water tower, the island church, and the maritime museum are waiting to be discovered by you.


Amenities This tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and 4-burner induction cooktop, as well as a cozy living-dining area. The living area features a 43-inch SMART TV and a Bluetooth speaker.

Each bedroom features a modern double box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. A third bedroom features a bunk bed for 2 people. This bunk bed includes a pull-out mattress with a slatted frame that can be used as an additional sleeping space for a child.
The bathroom, which has natural light, features a towel warmer, rain shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, and makeup mirror. This cozy apartment features a sheltered loggia with patio furniture and lounge chairs. Pure North Sea vibes!

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can book a high chair upon request. A grill is available for your use—if you’d like, you can opt to use it for 45 euros per stay.

In this red brick villa, you can choose your vacation home from among 12 vacation apartments. Sizes range from 1-room apartments for 1–2 people (32 square meters) to 3-room apartments for 6 people (89 square meters). An elevator takes you to the upper floor. The building has two washing machines and two dryers available for your travel laundry.
The historic villa and all vacation apartments were fully renovated in 2022 in accordance with current environmental standards. Bright, freshly designed rooms are bathed in clear North Sea light, and stylish bathrooms make you look forward to waking up in the morning.
