Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the full home, private deck, kitchen, living area, sleeping spaces, bathroom, and one dedicated off-street parking space for a single vehicle.



The home uses a lockbox with key access. The lockbox code and check-in details will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

The setting feels straight out of a postcard, with Front Beach just below, the harbor in view, and Rockport’s rocky coastline nearby.



Guests are a short walk from Bearskin Neck, the iconic peninsula lined with galleries, boutiques, waterfront restaurants, cafés, lobster shacks, and artists’ studios. Downtown Rockport is also just steps away, offering shops, dining, and classic coastal charm.



Front Beach itself is a calm sandy beach, perfect for a morning swim, beach walk, or relaxing afternoon by the water.



Getting Around:

The property is walkable to many of Rockport’s best attractions. Front Beach is right outside the door, and Bearskin Neck, downtown Rockport, shops, galleries, cafés, and restaurants are all just a short stroll away.



A car is helpful for exploring the wider Cape Ann area, including Gloucester, Good Harbor Beach, Halibut Point, Annisquam, Manchester-by-the-Sea, and other nearby destinations.



The Rockport commuter rail station is also nearby for guests looking to travel into Boston or explore the North Shore without driving. Rideshare availability may vary seasonally.



Other Things to Note:

Please enjoy this home respectfully as part of a quiet residential neighborhood.



No pets, smoking, or events are permitted.



The home is located directly above Front Beach, so guests should use care around the deck, stairs, beach access areas, and coastal conditions.



Parking: This home includes one dedicated off-street parking space for one vehicle only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional vehicles, and nearby overnight parking can be very limited, especially during the summer months.



As with many waterfront homes, guests may experience changing weather, seasonal beach activity, harbor sounds, and the natural rhythm of life by the water.



Traveling with little ones? A pack-and-play and high chair may be available upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like either item so we can confirm availability and have it ready for your stay.
