Perfect location

As close as you can get to beach access without the cost of beach front. Nice quiet area near the north point. Convenient to Pine Ave where there is good food, ice cream, and shopping. Nice place!

Wonderful home in a perfect location at the north end of the island. 3 minute walk to the beach and easy access to everything on Pine Street. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived the house was very much as described in the listing. We were very excited to hit the pool after a 12hr drive but the pool was full of leafs and other floating vegetation. I reached out to the host and they had someone out the next morning to clean the pool. The pool is surrounded by vegetation so i don’t feel that it’s from neglect on the host side considering how much vegetation is surrounding the pool things are going to naturally fall off and end up in the pool. The best part about this property is how close you are to a public beach access. Walk out the driveway and across the road and you’re headed to the water.

Perfect location just steps out to quiet , beautiful bean point beach . The home is cozy & very comfortable . Could hear the ocean waves while sleeping. Truly magnificent home..

We try and travel to AMI once a year with our family of 5. We have never stayed this close to bean point before and it was great to be at the quieter side of the island and so close to the beach. We had a slight issue with the dryer but it was fixed that day. The garage was stocked with pool and beach supplies (which wasnt in the description so it was a nice surprise although it would have been nice to know that stuff was already there to avoid overpacking). The garage was very messy when we arrived - so I spent a little time organizing it and throwing away old / broken toys. Overall I would suggest staying here for the convenience to the beach. We loved the AMI themed monopoly game. Very nice touch.

The location was wonderful, great walking distance into town yet perfect for beaches and sunsets. The home was spacious and met our expectations. However, the washer would not work, there was mold in the grout of the shower area and the pool wasn’t kept to the promised temp and made it fairly unusable. We would book here again, but hope improvements were made.

Sundance Cottage

This is such a cute beach cottage! We loved the location as well, a short walk to the beach across the street. I wish they put hand soap in the bathrooms, but other than that it was well stocked for a 3 night stay. I definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful House!

Perfect location! The pool was so nice! Right across the road from the beach and plenty of beach gear provided! We had the best stay here!

The location is lovely. A walk across the street and you get to the beach. Unfortunately when we got there the pool was green, quite a disappointment for my toddler. We informed the large rental company and they sent someone quickly but it took 4 days for the pool to be usable. Furthermore- updates were sparse and I had to keep asking. Just what a mom wants- adding mental load on a vacation. In addition- for a place we payed a significant amount per night- the deck railing was cracked and broken. Overall we got a small amount of money back for the pool but we would not stay here or with that rental company again.

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive to a green pool, especially with a toddler looking forward to using it. Great house and location

This was our second year spending our girls' weekend beach trip at this house and we loved it! Right across from the beach, a great pool with sun and shade, and plenty of room inside for 6 of us to hang out and talk while we cooked, ate, and relaxed for 3 days.

Perfect Getaway

Wonderfully located with super convenient access to the beach. Clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting for hours on the wrap around porch deck. Would definitely love to stay here again!
