El Cerro — "the hill" — is a private solitude all its own — the largest private estate on Vieques — completely fenced and electronically gated. The entire property is yours to roam and discover. From our orchard at the front to the dozens of trees around the property, you will have plenty to see, smell, and taste. Come in the summer and you will be drowning in mangos!

Walk to town and the beach or stay on the estate and lounge in your private pool shared by three beautiful homes, all with unique amenities and spectacular views. Wonderfully landscaped and maintained, the three homes are comfortable and well-equipped — and we're steadily refreshing the interiors season by season.

The property sleeps 16, 10 beds. Baby pack-and-play is also available in each house. The maximum number of guests is 16. No smoking in the houses, no student groups 25 years or younger. When you rent this property, you rent the whole facility. Weddings and events are hosted by separate arrangement — an event fee and 5-night minimum apply, and no events are held at Pool House. The Pool House:
• one king bedroom • one full bath inside • one full bath outside for pool use • fully stocked kitchen • wonderful covered outdoor space • private pool and sunbathing deck • grills (one gas, one charcoal) • A/C

You'll have exclusive access to the entire 30-acre estate — all three homes, the pool, the sauna, and the grounds. We host one group at a time, so nothing is ever shared.

Good to know: your final bill includes the required PR room tax of 7%. A rental car (Jeeps are the island standard) is strongly recommended — book early, island inventory is limited. Small-plane flights to Vieques have modest luggage allowances. Smaller configurations of the estate are offered seasonally for more intimate groups.
