The Space:

Enjoy a beautiful wide view of the beach, ocean, and mountain from this corner condo! This retreat is a builder's condo. This means the builder who built the condo picked this retreat as their own because it was a corner condo and the nicest in the whole building. Specifically set up to provide the maximum amount of comfort and privacy, guests can relax with ease in this airy condo. Plus, you won't have to worry about neighbors, as these end-stack condos have no walkway outside the front bedroom window, providing privacy and unobstructed ocean views from both sides of the condo. Take in the beautiful views from your own private balcony, or enjoy the breeze in the well-furnished living room. The full kitchen is open in design and features full-size appliances and cooking tools to help you cook everything you desire for post-beach meals. Multiple ceiling fans will keep things feeling fresh, and guests can cleanse after a long day in a modern tile-inlaid shower. Pull the full drapes closed if you're looking for a deep sleep, or leave them open to hear the crashing waves through the night. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, outside shower, and shared grill during their stay. There is a beachside store in the building for guest use.

The property is as advertised. Best view, excellent condition of property and the building in general was pleasant to stay in. Mana Kai has everything you would need - equipment rentals, general store and the location is perfect. A plus is the excellent snorkeling literally steps away.

Incredible location!

Wake up to a panorama of gently swaying palm trees, a golden sand beach, and magnificent mountain views. There is great snorkeling right off the beach. This modern unit has everything you need to be comfortable and is located close to many wonderful restaurants. We loved staying here and hope to return.

Great condo with great beach access!

Our family of 3 stayed at the condo for a week. It had everything we needed while we were there, including a well equipped kitchen. We loved the grass lawn steps away from the beach. Beach was great for snorkeling and boogie boarding. Would recommend and plan to stay again.

This is a lovely condo in a very good location. We enjoyed the pool and beach. The balcony was a great spot to watch water sports of all kinds at the beach. There is good grocery shopping and restaurants nearby. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Kihei waterfront condo

Stayed at this property with my son and his wife. It was wonderful, very comfortable, well equipped, balcony overlooking the beautiful beach which was fabulous, close to great restaurants, easy access, car spot. Loved staying here, and would definitely stay again when I return to Maui.

This property has everything you would need or wish for in a beachfront condo. The location is ON the beach. View speaks for itself…could literally vacation on the lanai. General store, rentals downstairs. Mana Kai has everything on property. Fantastic snorkeling steps from the property. Amazing!

Amazing Views and peaceful stay

If all we did was sit on the lanai, we still would have had an amazing experience! But even better, the beach and reef access at the Mana Kai Maui can't be beat. We loved it here. Favorites: morning beach walks all the way to Wailea and beautiful evening sunsets from the lawn. Though the facilities are older, this unit is nicely updated and well equipped.

Outstanding Condo at Mana Kai

Best condo at Mana Kai we've ever rented and we've been here over 10 times. It's clearly totally renovated with beautiful new floor, cabinets and furnishings. Super nice and comfortable. The views from both the front and back units are incredible.

We had a wonderful time at the Mana Kai! The building, unit view and snorkeling are incredible - all exactly as pictured. The amenities were so convenient and I would love to go back again when the restaurant is done being renovated! We had a lovely time and would 10/10 recommend staying here. We did run into some minor issues with the unit that were really not a big deal for us, but I thought were worth mentioning so the issues can be addressed:- 8 on keypad lock to main unit with kitchen doesn’t work reliably and is needed to put in the current unit code- Oven doesn’t work properly - we got it to bake eventually but refused to broil- Water filter on fridge needs to be replaced and beeps at you when you use it- Living room fan light doesn’t turn on and fan cannot be adjusted from high- Master bath sink drains verrry slowly

Excellent stay

The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Beds were great, kitchen was well equipped - perfect for our stay! The refrigerator does say the water filter needs to be replaced and one of the 3 fans did not turn on but other than that it was absolutely perfect. Great ocean view, steps to a beautiful beach and a good size pool. We would not hesitate to return to this property again!

The best view I’ve ever picked on a hotel or VRBO. Both rooms had ocean views. Quiet and comfortable. Better than expected was the response our entire group felt. Looking to book again in the future.

Love Mana Kai!

This is our 4th time staying at the Mana Kai and we love it! The condo was exactly as described and has the best view in the building. Since it is the condo closest to the ocean, the second bedroom has an unobstructed view of the ocean (no walkway). The décor was lovely and updated. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Hope to see you soon.

It is a beautiful place; the pictures are accurate, and it was well cleaned. They didn't indicate it, but they have 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and 1 snorkel mask in the place, plus a cooler, laundry basket, and nicely stocked kitchen. It was full of the usual amenities except for 3 things which the cleaning staff somehow overlooked: only 1 roll of toilet paper (had to buy one at general store), one body wash in the shower was empty, and there were no extra trash bags. We did surprise the staff at the local Vacasa office a few days later and they gave us these items plus more.There are shades in the 2nd bedroom which do pull down--I forgot my friend staying in there is afraid of heights.While we were there it was exterminator visit day. Expect a few small beetles and flying bugs. The exterminators just replaced a few traps under the sink. They didn't spray the baseboards because we told them we saw no ants or roaches for the four days we'd been there. We really didn't have a problem with the occasional little bug (it's the tropics!).So now for the positives. Wonderful views (the complex is perpendicular to the beach which is better to me than looking straight out at the ocean). Ate breakfast on the balcony every day. Well cleaned, well stocked. It's an end unit so no one goes by the 2nd bedroom window. Comfy beds, towels. Great beach access, concierge. Nice warm pool. Parking spot. Would stay here again.
