Fabulous location

Great place. Lots of room. Awesome view of the ocean, West Maui etc from the deck. Had a minor maintenance issue that the property managers had corrected in a couple of hours.

As Advertised

Good condition, great location. The view is actually better than portrayed in the pics. I like the fact that the deck faces northwest. We could still see the sunset but had some shade in the late part of the day. Plenty of chairs umbrellas etc. Small cooler so may want to bring your own. Minor quibble: microfiber sheets which I find hot and sticky lol. We actually purchased some cotton sheets.

The Maui Kamaole #G-210 was great, just what we had hoped for. It was close enough to activities, beach, shopping and dining, yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The condo was clean, modern and just perfect. Thank you David, it was a great stay and we will be back! Robert W.

Amazing!!

There was two couples staying in this unit and we were very particular on what we were looking for. This place did not disappoint and all four of us had a fabulous time. The views were spectacular, the condo was very quiet, clean and well organized. It had everything we needed including the beach gear. We even found a secret gem of a beach right across the street. We hope to return again one day 🌈🐢

Awesome View spacious Condo

We stayed with our daughter and two teenagers, so 5 of us and we never felt crowded. Condo was very upscale for Kihei. The view was almost 180 degree of ocean. Condo was well stocked for cooking. We took advantage of the boogie boards, 6 beach chairs and 2 small coolers. It is across from the beach, very short walk to get into the water. You will not be disappointed in this home. This was our 11th time in Maui and I will choose to stay here again.

Perfect Condo!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: G-210 was the perfect condo for our family (2 adults/3 children). The interior was beautifully decorated and functional, kitchen well equipped, beds were comfortable, linens provided were lovely, the lanai was perfect for viewing the gorgeous sunsets, the washer and dryer came in handy, and the beach equipment was a great addition. The condo's location was nice and central! We spent most days on the beaches in Wailea or on Kam II - both were a quick drive away. We used Auntie Snorkel to rent snorkel gear and Kihei Car Rental (recommend both). Our favorite nearby restaurants were Monkeypod, Three's Bar and Grill, Pa'ai Fish Market and Ululani's in N. Kihei for shaved ice. Lots of great shopping at Kihei Kalama Village. The management company provided all of the check in/out information timely which made the process very smooth. We highly recommend this condo and will stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Wonderful Week on Maui

Beautifully updated condo with amazing water views! Everything we needed was included--big, fluffy towels, beach chairs, cooking supplies and appliances, essential paper goods and laundry soap, etc--as well as plenty of room for my husband and I and our four children. Complex had a great pool the kids enjoyed and easy access to the beach. Thank you for a memorable week with our family. We will be back!

A dream stay!!

From the moment that we walked in the door, we were in LOVE with this condo! I booked it because I wanted to have a view of the ocean, and did we ever! You could even see the ocean from the master bedroom at the back of the unit! It was modern and perfectly decorated. We loved all of the decor, it made our stay SO comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Our family of 4(2 adults, 14 and 12yr olds) had enough space to chill out privately, but we could all spend time together on the main floor with ease. We were honestly so spoiled staying here that we have already looked to see if it’s available for our future visit! Thanks for a fabulous stay!!!

Well worth it

The condo was as photographed, clean, and beautiful. We had an amazing view of the ocean and the sunset. There were ample beach supplies: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, sand buckets, and even small coolers. The couch and beds were all comfortable. As is common in Hawaii, we encountered some roaches and ants in the condo, but they spray regularly. In fact, we got a notice that the place would be sprayed while we were there. While we were given the option to opt out, we went ahead and had the sprayer come. There are a lot of rules for the complex and the pool, but don't let that discourage you. It just shows that the community cares about keeping things nice and having a peaceful ambiance. While it was a relatively quiet community overall, my two sons, ages 6 and 9 had a wonderful time. They loved the pool and hot tub and the beach was a short drive (or even walk) away. A few things I mentioned to management already: the fan in the downstairs bedroom was noisy, and the wifi went in and out pretty regularly. But these were not deal breakers and we would definitely stay there again..

Beautiful unit, but…

Condo is incredibly clean, quiet, nicely decorated and just as advertised. Washer and dryer, plus detergent. Plenty of towels and sheets. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook. They have beach chairs but all are in really poor shape. They have a couple coolers and plenty of sand toys. What you WON’T find: spices, hand soap (just small cheap hotel bar soap), paper products to last your stay, decent pillows, solid AC, or extra blankets. The beds. They are absolutely awful. It’s been awhile since I’ve stayed at any property with such incredibly uncomfortable beds. The master has a king that resembles sleeping on wood with pillows to match (we ended up buying some). The beds upstairs - you can feel every spring and they didn’t use a box spring, they stacked two mattresses. No one slept. We all couldn’t wait to leave simply to get a decent night’s sleep. For the price point I’ve stayed in far better. I wouldn’t return.

Beautiful view

We had a great time renting this condo. The view from the lanai was excellent. We watched the sunset almost every night from there! The condo was nice and clean. There were not a lot of things like salt, pepper, spices, etc. but that was fine with us. Would definitely recommend!

A beautiful Home with Epic View

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The ocean view is amazing! We really liked the option to dine inside or out on the Lanai. The condo was well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. We hope to be back soon!!

Can't beat the ocean view!

The location is fantastic, basically right across the road from the beach, with nothing obstructing the amazing view. The unit is well setup with everyone you'd expect from a rental in this price range. The only small downsides are the road noise, most noticeable in the morning with all the traffic heading to Wailea. The balcony is too hot to enjoy in the late afternoon, they could use an awning for shade.

The view is easily the best feature of this unit but there were many nice things about it. It had gear for the beach, plenty of towels, kitchen gadgets, etc. The property is adequately described and a quick walk to the beach and pool. Very clean unit and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property! Also the property management company provides you with an ap for easy checkin and out - all around fabulous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally, everything was fine. Comfortable beds, amenities as advertised, good location. The complex does close the pool quite early (9am, except 10am Saturday night) and there are some strict rules around quiet time (10pm-8am). This is fine, in general, but you aren’t allowed to use the washer, dryer and dishwasher during this time. This made things a bit difficult for us, when arriving home late and leaving early for activities. Also, the patio is really hot in the afternoon. There is no shade. It is ok in the morning and evening.
