SÜNN & BRIES directly on the beach: large house with fenced garden+kayaks+DSL

A comfortable and child-friendly vacation home with plenty of space even for the grandparents: 145 m² of living space, three bedrooms, each with two beds. There are also two extra beds, a crib, and a high chair. Two bathrooms are available, plus a separate toilet. A bio-sauna with a shower and waterfall showerhead, as well as a hot tub, let you experience true wellness. In the living room, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. The 40 m² south-facing terrace offers a direct view of the water. All rooms are equipped with motorized blinds and insect screens. The garden shed has enough space for bicycles and other items. The warmer and calmer waters of the lagoon are particularly well-suited for water sports, even for children. The kayaks provided simply need to be carried over the dike bordering the property. Kamminker Bay, sheltered from the wind, is a great spot for swimming and digging in the sand. The fenced-in 1,800 m² garden offers plenty of space to play soccer and fly kites.

The house has a DSL internet connection (free to use!). A telephone is also available for calling German landlines.

- Kayaking: You can explore the lagoon with the house’s own sit-on-top kayaks for up to 6 people (4 single kayaks, 1 double kayak). Please coordinate your intended use directly with the manager on-site during your stay. Please remember to bring personal flotation devices for children up to 14 years old!

- Biking: Upon request, we can put you in touch with a bike rental service that will deliver the bikes directly to the vacation home. There is an UsedomRad station (No. 5561) at the “Klönsnack” fish smokehouse on the pier. It’s best to register in advance at Usedomrad.de.

- Horseback riding: At the “Seepferdchen” vacation farm in Kamminke, An der Mühle 2, horse lovers can enjoy guided trail rides and carriage rides through Usedom’s unspoiled nature. Riders and horses can go swimming together in the lagoon.

- Location: ; Direct access from the property to the beach on the Szczecin Lagoon; 5 km by bike to the Baltic Sea beach; 4.5 km by bike to the center of Świnoujście; 10 km by car to Ahlbeck;

- Bus Service in Kamminke: Buses run daily between Kamminke and the three imperial spas of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, and Bansin;

- Ferry service in Kamminke: The Oderhaff Reederei Peters operates daily from May until around the end of September between Ueckermünde and Kamminke. The trip takes about 80 minutes. Check in advance to see if the shuttle buses are running!

Food and Drink in Kamminke:
- “Haffblick” Inn, Wieckstraße 12, directly across the street;
- “Klönsnack” fish smokehouse and beer garden on the pier (fresh rolls starting at 8:30 a.m.), approx. 200 m away;
- “Kellerberg” restaurant, Dorfstraße 18;
- Restaurant at the “Seepferdchen” vacation farm, An der Mühle 2;
- “Mobi-Shop” drives through Kamminke daily and offers basic groceries;
- Nearest large supermarket, “Sky Markt,” in Ahlbeck (immediately after the railroad crossing, on the right)
