We—Gregor and Claudia—have been running the “Lovely Hohen Neuendorf” vacation rental as owners since 2019. We’ve made a conscious decision to use the informal “du” form when communicating with our guests. Our guests’ comfort is especially important to us. That’s why we’ve invested heavily over the past few months to continuously enhance the vacation rental for you. From the new built-in kitchen and various little extras for your daily needs to the new living room furniture and a new box-spring bed for restful nights. We take every suggestion for improvement and every piece of feedback from our guests seriously and strive to address your requests as quickly as possible. We don’t aim to meet the standards of a 5-star hotel, but we do want to provide you with a sense of complete comfort and a level of convenience appropriate for this price range. In return, we ask our guests to treat the vacation rental with care and to ensure it’s left in good condition upon checkout. We place special emphasis on the cleanliness of our vacation rental. You can be sure that the apartment will be spotlessly clean when you arrive.
As your hosts, we live right next to the vacation rental. Although we both have other jobs, we’ll carry out any necessary repairs promptly—even during your stay, if you’d like. If you’re missing anything, we’ll do everything we can to provide a replacement and/or additional supplies right away. You’re welcome to smoke in the outdoor areas, of course, but there’s a strict no-smoking policy inside the vacation rental. We also offer a laundry and cleaning service. Upon request, we’ll even take care of your pets—who are, of course, very welcome here—and walk your dog. We have made a conscious decision to avoid costly furnishings and decorative items. (Young) children and pets are warmly welcome in our vacation rental. From our own experience, we know that the risk of damage is therefore not zero. You shouldn’t have to constantly worry during your stay that something might break, which could lead to disproportionately high insurance claims. We want you to feel at home here, and if any damage does occur, it will be minimal and quickly resolved.
