The apartment sits on the second floor with its own private entrance. Both bedrooms have queen beds with cotton linens, firm and soft pillow options, and sound machines for easy sleep after a long beach day. The full kitchen is stocked for real cooking — fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, coffee, tea, olive oil, and basic pantry staples. Laundry is in-unit, which makes longer stays or back-to-back beach days easy to manage without hauling bags anywhere.

The enclosed sunroom is the standout feature. It faces toward the ocean and gives you a comfortable spot to wind down in the evening — not a balcony exposed to street noise, but a sheltered room with a view. Beach towels are provided, so you can pack lighter. High-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected, and keyless entry means no coordinating key handoffs.

The beach is a one-block walk — under 2 minutes to the sand. Salt Life Food Shack is a 5-minute walk for casual seafood with a surf vibe. Mellow Mushroom is also 5 minutes on foot, great for pizza and craft beer. Refinery Jax Beach, an oceanview restaurant with a more upscale menu, is a 7-minute walk. Publix is a 2-minute drive for grocery runs. Beaches Town Center — shops, dining, and a walkable hub — is a 4-minute drive. Mayo Clinic is 10 minutes by car. Note: this building is located between Neptune Beach Town Center and downtown Jacksonville Beach, in a stretch that currently has nearby construction activity on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Free parking is included on the premises.

Self check-in is handled through a guest portal with keyless entry instructions sent before arrival. The kitchen is pre-stocked with dish soap, paper towels, and dishwasher tabs. Bathrooms come with full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper.
