The distance to the beach is approximately 200 meters.<br><br>The living room invites you to relax with its cozy sofa area. You can enjoy the view of the lagoon meadows thanks to the large windows. Of course, a flat-screen TV (Smart TV) is available in the living room. You can also step out from the living room onto the furnished, south-facing balcony.<br><br>The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, has everything you could want. Everything you need to prepare your meals is provided, including a stove with a 4-burner induction cooktop and an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes, silverware, and glasses. Of course, a Senseo coffee maker and a drip coffee maker are also included.<br><br>Your first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm).
